Simple test drive experience, low pressure, fair offer on trade in, and almost zero hassle regarding extended warranties and extras by the finance department. Shockingly easy actually.. It took a little time, but there's just a lot of paperwork to be done so I'm not going to fault them for that. Great place - I'd buy a car from them again for sure.

We had our Mazda 6 in for an oil change and a recall fix a couple of months ago. While waiting we walked around looking at 2018 Mazda models. Marco Wolf greeted us and we spent 20-30 minutes talking about the CX-5 and 9. His knowledge and personality caused me to find a permanent spot for his business card. On 3-20 we received a flyer from West Hills and decided to check it out. We called ahead so Marco could meet us and now we are the happy owners of a new 2018 CX-5.

So we were in negotiations with them on the phone for a vehicle that I searched long and hard to find that was perfect for our family, I made an offer and Alfredo said he was really busy and it was getting late, so he would ask his manager and get back to us with his decision in the morning. In the morning he said that they were showing the vehicle to someone else. So somehow in between the close of business Friday and the opening of business Saturday, we lost the vehicle. My wife and I were extremely upset and felt like they had sold the vehicle right out from underneath us. They brag about being a family owned business, but that is supposed to mean that they are good people who treat their customers right. In this case they certainly didnt care about us at all. Only themselves and the money. Extremely disappointed in what this company values most. And I warn anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go shopping somewhere else.

My wife and I were thinking of purchasing a Mazda3 and visited this dealership to investigate further. Although in the end, cold-feet and indecision got the better of us, I have to say we were very, very impressed with the sales consultant, (Chad Cavanaugh ) we dealt with. He was very intelligent, patient, and courteous, *even after it was clear we were not going to pull the trigger* on the purchase at that time. He spent a lot of time with us and made the experience a positive one, something we were honestly not expecting. He seriously went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, regardless of how it came out.
Regardless of what model, color or type of vehicle you are interested in, if you are going for a Mazda, my wife and I heartily recommend you link up with Chad. It is worth your time, if you wanted to be treated like a human being.
