I was impressed with Steve 16 years until Rich the business manager informed me there are people that have been there much longer than Steve.
Car design and quality is now at a very high level for all manufactures, purchase an automobile from someone who will be there when you need them. A dealership where you are welcomed and comfortable.

Dan, in financing was also very professional and he explained everything perfectly to my understanding. Ms. Cydney, was a very pleasant young lady and she was also very nice to speak with in person as well as on the phone. She was also a very very polite professional lady. Ted, in the rental car department was also very helpful, courteous and professional. Bill, in service was also very kind, courteous, professional and he was very helpful as was all the others, with the exception of....the Manager, Rick Bockhoff, who was very rude, he down played my intelligence and in my opinion was not at all a professional in his capacity as a Manager. He should NOT be working with the public and I would NEVER again deal with this person, at all, in any capacity. I stopped in to look at a Jeep Wrangler on the lot. Rodney was quick to greet us and asked what we were looking for in a Jeep. We found the original one we came to look at didn’t quite have everything I was looking for but the one right next to it was exactly what we wanted. Rodney was great to work with. He was not pushy, like some people assume car salesmen to be. He stayed 2 hours late to make sure that we got to leave that same night in the Jeep. I will defiantly recommend him and the dealership to friends and family. They have great inventory in their lot and are all extremely nice. Everyone I passed was quick to greet you even if they weren’t the ones helping you.

Scammers, time wasters, over priced cars - Carbuyer76
This place is the biggest waste of time, and biggest scammers in the area.
1st time, they assured me that if i drove 2 hours each way, i was approved no matter what.
They low balled my truck trade in, offered me $300 for a fully working f250 truck. Got us a way way over priced dodge cailber. only took it because my wife was disabled, in a wheelchair, as we were leaving dealership, the battery failed on the car. As we were broke down in the middle of the highway, they told us to return to dealership even though the car was locking uo the brakes due to the battery issue.
No apology, nothing, but got a new battery installed.
2nd time, was assured no issue with financing since i was bringing $3000 down payment. After 5 hours, was told to go home, they would call us if we were approved. Never got a call back, wasted 9 hours of driving and waiting in the dealership.
I wont be back for a 3rd time.

I emailed, talked and texted with a sales rep for 3 days in regards of vehicle I showed interested in. I explained to her that I would be driving an hour away just to inspect the vehicle.
On the day I decided to visit, I confirmed if it is to make the trip to the dealership, and was told to come over; after driving an hour I come to find out that the vehicle we have been talking all along is no longer in their lot.
A little effort would have saved me 2 hr round trip of drive plus the time I took off work just to make this trip happen. Sad. She was apologetic, and nice but unfortunately that is not enough.
Quality of service was poor - not thorough enough. I would think thrice before considering purchasing any vehicle from here because of this terrible experience.

Bought a used Chevy Cruze here about 3 weeks ago. My salesman, Will, was very willing to please! The car didn't have cruise control which I REALLY wanted on it, so he was able to give me a good deal on adding it to my car. Also my boyfriend had remote start added to it as a surprise for me. Will was great to work with as was everyone I dealt with here. Felt like I got a good car at a good price from people who want my repeat business! Would recommend you check them out!!
False advertising - Karen
This dealership falsely advertised the vehicle we were interested in. We drove 100 miles to look at it. When we got there, we asked if it for sure had the options, one of which was navigation, that it was advertised to have. They said yes. If it was on the description that was on the internet, it was on the car. so we took their word for it and bought it. After we got home, found it it did not have the navigation, among other options. We called and told them. They refused to cancel the trade or re-imburse us any of the money that we spent, even though the vehicle was not worth near what we paid without the options. The salesman that sold it to us said he would give us $250 refund, but we never received it. They told us we would receive the title in a week. It was 6 weeks before we got it and had to pay a penalty to title it. They did re-imburse us the penalty fee, since it was their fault that we didn't get it in time. But we still have not received any re-imbursement of the amount that we over-paid for it. The salesman now refuses to answer our calls.

The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.

I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
