Wonderful sales/service experience! - BertFrancis
Salesperson Becky Moore was highly recommended to me, and my wife and I made an appointment with her to check out Glendale's lot looking for a high-quality used Jeep for our son. We quickly found the perfect fit with what we could afford and what our son wanted in terms of performance, style and options. I have been buying new and used vehicles for about 50 years, and I can honestly say that this purchase was by far the most pleasant, easy and smooth transaction that I have ever experienced. Becky was wonderful to work with, and she bent over backwards to accommodate our wishes and time constraints. Business Manager Jim Welch was also awesome to work with, quickly and efficiently handling our post-purchase paperwork (extended warranty, etc.), as is Service Advisor Bobby Belleville who is also a pleasure to deal with when bringing your vehicle in for service. Thanks to everyone at Glendale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for making our car-buying and vehicle-servicing experiences so delightful!! We look forward to handling our future vehicle purchasing and servicing needs with Glendale! Keep up the good work!!

Great experience purchasing my new Jeep! - Diane1611
I traded in my 2014 Jeep Compass for a 2018 Jeep Compass and had a great buying experience. I got a great deal and financing was so easy. Royal Gate has the biggest inventory of any Jeep dealer in the Metro East. This was the third Jeep we've bought from Royal Gate and we won't go anywhere else.
Excellent experience!!! - Bluesfan1967
My salesman's name there is Brandon Ziegler I must say it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. He tailored my purchase around what my immediate need and want was that day. I could not have asked for a better overall experience at a dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and Brandon to all my friends and family!

Thanks to Auto Plaza Group in Farmington and Gary Nestor for the Awesome car deal. It was a easy process from start to finish. Heather in financing was very patient and they all stayed after hours to work with our busy schedule. Gary was great salesman and showed me how to work all the extras in the car till I was comfortable driving it off the lot. Highly recommend Auto Plaza Group in Farmington & Gary Nestor.
Great People To Buy From - Karen
Bought a used Chevy Cruze here about 3 weeks ago. My salesman, Will, was very willing to please! The car didn't have cruise control which I REALLY wanted on it, so he was able to give me a good deal on adding it to my car. Also my boyfriend had remote start added to it as a surprise for me. Will was great to work with as was everyone I dealt with here. Felt like I got a good car at a good price from people who want my repeat business! Would recommend you check them out!!
Great experience at Monken Dealership, Centralia, IL - Betty Malone
We recently purchased our 4th Nissan Quest from the Monken dealership and, as always, had a great experience! Everyone we had contact with during the purchase was friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. Thanks to Bob Logullo for his expert help throughout the process and to Wes Monken for his gratitude for our purchase. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Service - Pingi3plus
I was traveling to Kansas City, MO., when I experienced engine issues. I google the dealership and drove to the location. Knowing I would have a long wait, the service department was quick with the diagnosis and gave me the options.
They worked with my warranty plan and went to work. Given the nature of repair, I have a two hours wait. The end results was worth the wait. Courtini was very helpful. I would highly recommend.
Scammers, time wasters, over priced cars - Carbuyer76
This place is the biggest waste of time, and biggest scammers in the area.
1st time, they assured me that if i drove 2 hours each way, i was approved no matter what.
They low balled my truck trade in, offered me $300 for a fully working f250 truck. Got us a way way over priced dodge cailber. only took it because my wife was disabled, in a wheelchair, as we were leaving dealership, the battery failed on the car. As we were broke down in the middle of the highway, they told us to return to dealership even though the car was locking uo the brakes due to the battery issue.
No apology, nothing, but got a new battery installed.
2nd time, was assured no issue with financing since i was bringing $3000 down payment. After 5 hours, was told to go home, they would call us if we were approved. Never got a call back, wasted 9 hours of driving and waiting in the dealership.
I wont be back for a 3rd time.

I highly recommend Hosick motors if you're going to buy a new or used car. My experience was excellent! I bought my first car there last November and I am still highly satisfied! Bryan went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with my first car that day! I'm forever grateful!!

Worst experience ever! - Jeepguyforlife
I am certainly not an unrealistic person and while I don’t love the process of buying a new car, it is a necessity in life. We had called on Friday and talked to Jaci to verify that a jeep was available that we seen online! We drove 1 hour over in the rain and I specifically told her that we needed to be at 6k on trade in and if they couldn’t do it, no hard feelings. The online price of the Jeep was 32,404, so when she comes back to sit down she says you will love this deal! She then proceeds to inflate the price back up to MSRP and say, but we are giving you more for your trade than what it’s worth.
Are you freaking kidding me? You must think we are morons to not catch that you did not start with the price that was advertised. There was no reason for this. If you want to give less for a trade then just be honest about it, not deceptive! I WILL NEVER VISIT HERE AGAIN and will push for anyone I know to not ever patron this dealership!!!!
We went to Southtown Dodge/Jeep in South county today and bought a Jeep where they actually honored their online price.
No satisfaction after sale - questiong loyalty to chrysler
Purchased 2017 ram1500 night edition. Salesman was great service dept was great. Finance manager pushed extended warranty by stating transmission could be a problem and they offer a warranty that if you dont use it they buy back. I purchased warranty and after researching transmission i decided to cancel the warranty. 60 days had passed and the dealership had still not sent out the paperwork to mopar vehicle protection so i could receive my refund. At this point i have been given the run around and misinformed, to put it nicely, about how to receive my refund check. Today i was told extended warranty is now cancelled and a check was sent to the lean holder, but then i was informed that Oliver C Joseph had asked mopar to stop payment on check and now i need to send mopar a loan payoff statement from the financial institute so a check can be mailed directly to me since loan has been refinanced. I contacted Oliver C Josephs general manager Greg Castelli and he informed me the best he could do was send off the loan payoff statement for me. This has taken what was a pleasurable buying experience and turn it into what i would expect from a nonreputable used car lot. So much for sevice after the sale.
Customers are an unwanted intrusion.. - Surprised and Astonished
The service staff is generally courteous, but seem to be hamstrung by antiquated systems and indifferent management. While waiting for my car to be released to me after being repaired the previous day, I went onto the show room floor looking to trade in my older Jeep on a new Grand Cherokee Limited. There were four sales people on the floor, huddled around a counter discussing what to order for lunch from a take out menu. I was on the floor for 15 minutes, tried to make eye contact several times as I stood patiently near by. I was the only customer, clearly waiting to talk to someone about buying a car. I was ignored to the point that I began to wonder how long I could stand there, a mere 3 feet away without being noticed. I gave up after 15 minutes and left the dealership, never to return. Two days later, I bought a Grand Cherokee from a dealer 20 miles away. They gave me a fair deal, appreciated my business, treated me with respect and the entire transaction took less time than it took to pick up my car from the service department at Century - the day after the repairs had been completed! Don't waste your time in Wentzville if you're looking to buy or service a Jeep or Dodge. This place won't be around long under current management.
Buyer beware - mssmith
*Buyer Beware* I started my search for a New 2017 Ram on Auto trader, like most Americans searching for dealer incentives and driven by prices, I looked some 300 miles from my home. If it's a good deal, then why not? I came across Dave Sinclair's vehicle on Auto Trader for an astounding $29,948.00 for a loaded Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 SLT, normal price at other dealers was $36k, so I called down to Sinclair's to make sure the vehicle was still in stock. The internet manager, Jane, whom answered the phone was pleasant and easy to work with. She did inform me the vehicle was still on their lot and since we had only 2 days left before the incentives were no longer valid through Dodge, I should make my way to their dealership, sooner than later. As I was starting to figure out a time to drive 6 hours one way I happened to look on their website only to find the exact same vehicle priced at $34,200.00. Keep in mind, Jane had said nothing about the price. So I told Jane we would be down to purchase the vehicle and I had already been pre-qualified through my bank and Dodge, but they would have to honor the $29k price.
"Well, I'm sorry but that must be a mistake made by Auto Trader." Jane tells me. "Our price is what is listed on our website."
"So what would have happened if I never would have looked at your website and I would have drove all the way to your dealership to buy that vehicle?" I asked.
"We would honor our website price." She stated.
The reason I tell this story is because I would like everyone who reads this to understand that this looks like a classic Bait and Switch. The pricing stayed the same reduced amount on Auto Trader after I brought the mistake to their attention. Members of Sinclair's staff called Auto trader to adjust the price, or so they told me, but no changes were made to the price until the vehicle was sold. Also, I was informed that AutoTrader had the wrong price for quite a few of Mr. Sinclair's vehicles. The whole process seemed fishy.
After speaking with Jane twice she informed me the dealership would only honor the $34K price tag because it was Auto Traders fault the price was different. Regardless, of who put the wrong price on Auto trader, they are still representing Sinclair's. If a company hires a third party to do their advertising ultimately, the hiring company still has to take some responsibility and to make it "right" when a customer calls them out about it.
I made a few more calls to the dealership that afternoon; a few to Dave Sinclair himself. He informed me they would not move on the $34K price tag. I informed Mr. Sinclair about the Auto trader mishap and how false advertising is in fact illegal, but "accidents" do happen and since their key slogan is something to the effect of "we will do everything to make it right-even if its free" I didn't think there would be any issues. However, I was mistaken. Mr. Sinclair told me to wait for his call back and he would get me a "new number," suggesting a lower price than the $34K. So I waited... and waited... and waited some more, realizing I had only a few hours to make sure this deal was going to go through because the Dodge prices were done on 01/31/18.
Mr. Sinclair called me back at around 8pm to inform me the truck had sold. (not to my surprise) I guess the fact I had told him and other members of his team that I wanted to buy the vehicle and had pre-approved financing already, truly meant nothing. Mr. Sinclair did offer me another vehicle, "to meet his numbers he was willing to take off $1000.00." However, that vehicle was not what I was looking for so I declined.
The moral of the story is always check into a dealership before you spend your hard-earned money. Good thing I called before driving to see the vehicle!
The advertised price should be the correct sales price. I will be filing a claim with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), an organization who clearly frowns upon false advertising, and the BBB.
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call... - tslattery
I found this dealer on the internet and gave them a call expecting the same story about how great the car is and I better hurry. However, when I called I spoke with Tom Gillum and was amazed at the low sales pressure and his straight forward honesty. I drove over two hours to this dealership and found the car just as he described. All the personnel working there were very friendly and honest and NO GAMES with the general manager. I was so impressed that I wanted to get the word out that there are honest dealers still out there. You can take them for their word on the phone or in person. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are great to deal with. Never thought I would give a car dealer a good review, but I was impressed!
