Glendale Dealership takes care of their customers,s. - Stephanie
As always, Brad at Glendale did a great job in helping me to find the Jeep of my dreams. He is caring and wants to make sure his customers are happy. That says a lot for the dealership he works for. If he is happy then I know the dealership is good.

Great People To Buy From - Karen
Bought a used Chevy Cruze here about 3 weeks ago. My salesman, Will, was very willing to please! The car didn't have cruise control which I REALLY wanted on it, so he was able to give me a good deal on adding it to my car. Also my boyfriend had remote start added to it as a surprise for me. Will was great to work with as was everyone I dealt with here. Felt like I got a good car at a good price from people who want my repeat business! Would recommend you check them out!!
Great experience at Monken Dealership, Centralia, IL - Betty Malone
We recently purchased our 4th Nissan Quest from the Monken dealership and, as always, had a great experience! Everyone we had contact with during the purchase was friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. Thanks to Bob Logullo for his expert help throughout the process and to Wes Monken for his gratitude for our purchase. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!
Great experience - Nathan
A great experience all around! Extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Test drove a few trucks had a lot of questions which were all answered greatly! Even if I asked the same question twice.
I would think again - email@example.com
I purchased a used 2017 Ford Taurus from Sheryl McCormick at Federico approximately a month ago. The initial buying experience was fine. What you would expect at almost any dealership. A bit lengthy and also a bit more pushy with their overpriced add on packages (you can get these cheaper through the manufacturer normally). My initial issue was that after signing all my paperwork I was then told there isn’t even one full set of keys. It is auto start but the one key was missing the actual key part for if the battery dies, etc. When I brought this up I was told I could get one myself at a Ford dealer. Mind you these run 3-400 dollars. I let this go and ate the cost. My next issue didn’t come until about 2 weeks into owning the vehicle. I began to hear a slight road noise. I didn’t think too much of it and thought perhaps a tire rotation was in order or at the most a hub bearing issue which is a cheap fix. I was told the car went through a thorough inspection. I took my car to the mechanic after it suddenly became louder to find my rear tires have major cupping and was due to an extensive rear shock issue. Both mechanics also stated it was a very visible issue and that the vehicle COULD NOT have been inspected and not seen this problem. My mechanic (of course this is heresay) stated that he had had 3 other vehicles brought in recently purchased with various mechanical issues from this dealer. I messaged Sheryl and was told she was off work and that she would follow up with me the next morning. I heard nothing. Texted again and called and left a message to the manager. At the end of the next day, after giving up and giving the go ahead to my mechanic (450 for new shocks and 1200 for rear tires), I called and messaged again to finally get a response telling me I should have waited because there’s nothing they can do now. She waited until I told her the car was being fixed and then replied it was now too late. How odd. Apparently being without a car for 2 days when you have a job and a scheduled trip early the next morning is no issue to the car salesperson. I was suppose to sit and wait for an excuse and no apology regarding this very annoying and costly problem. This is definitely not a place that stands by their product sold. My advice would be that if you’re purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer I would ask for an inspection by your own mechanic before paperwork is finalized. Also, I have posted our texts in Google photos as well as on Yelp! if you need verification of this incident. Happy car buying and good luck.

A Service department that cares - xmas2000
The service department is the best! They went the extra mile to get my Jeep repaired in a timely fashion. Kind and caring and kept me updated to what was going on at all times, even if it was not so good. Keeping me in the loop, so to speak, means the world to me and not just waiting not knowing about the progress of the repairs. My kudos also go the manager that has assembled such a caring and knowledgeable team in the service department.

False Advertising/Buyer Beware - AP2018
After researching the purchase of a Pacifica online, I found the best deals at Holzhauer. I went there, test drove the vehicle and subject to the appraisal of my Durango was ready to purchase that day. I asked if the online price for the vehicle was the price I would be getting and Brendan assured me it was. Fast forward to the official offer and I was given a deal based on the MSRP of the Pacifica, which was $7000 more than what was listed online. I feel like they tried to take advantage of a female who went on her own to buy a car. Little did they know they weren't dealing with an amateur! They even went so far as to tell me they thought they already had someone to purchase my Durango! Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.
Pleasantly impressed - Ironman
I was surprised that Reese worked everything out perfectly. I wasn’t sure if it was going to take days or what. Reese and the mechanic took care of it in hours. I was very pleasantly surprised. No problems just good service like everyone expects. Thanks

He was not pushy we can do a deal rather quickly he got me the best deal possible for the vehicle I trade it in and I was very appreciative of him doing that. Not many salesmen go the extra mile but my guy Beau Did just that. I highly recommend seeing him for your purchase on Dodge vehicles
Buyer beware - mssmith
*Buyer Beware* I started my search for a New 2017 Ram on Auto trader, like most Americans searching for dealer incentives and driven by prices, I looked some 300 miles from my home. If it's a good deal, then why not? I came across Dave Sinclair's vehicle on Auto Trader for an astounding $29,948.00 for a loaded Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 SLT, normal price at other dealers was $36k, so I called down to Sinclair's to make sure the vehicle was still in stock. The internet manager, Jane, whom answered the phone was pleasant and easy to work with. She did inform me the vehicle was still on their lot and since we had only 2 days left before the incentives were no longer valid through Dodge, I should make my way to their dealership, sooner than later. As I was starting to figure out a time to drive 6 hours one way I happened to look on their website only to find the exact same vehicle priced at $34,200.00. Keep in mind, Jane had said nothing about the price. So I told Jane we would be down to purchase the vehicle and I had already been pre-qualified through my bank and Dodge, but they would have to honor the $29k price.
"Well, I'm sorry but that must be a mistake made by Auto Trader." Jane tells me. "Our price is what is listed on our website."
"So what would have happened if I never would have looked at your website and I would have drove all the way to your dealership to buy that vehicle?" I asked.
"We would honor our website price." She stated.
The reason I tell this story is because I would like everyone who reads this to understand that this looks like a classic Bait and Switch. The pricing stayed the same reduced amount on Auto Trader after I brought the mistake to their attention. Members of Sinclair's staff called Auto trader to adjust the price, or so they told me, but no changes were made to the price until the vehicle was sold. Also, I was informed that AutoTrader had the wrong price for quite a few of Mr. Sinclair's vehicles. The whole process seemed fishy.
After speaking with Jane twice she informed me the dealership would only honor the $34K price tag because it was Auto Traders fault the price was different. Regardless, of who put the wrong price on Auto trader, they are still representing Sinclair's. If a company hires a third party to do their advertising ultimately, the hiring company still has to take some responsibility and to make it "right" when a customer calls them out about it.
I made a few more calls to the dealership that afternoon; a few to Dave Sinclair himself. He informed me they would not move on the $34K price tag. I informed Mr. Sinclair about the Auto trader mishap and how false advertising is in fact illegal, but "accidents" do happen and since their key slogan is something to the effect of "we will do everything to make it right-even if its free" I didn't think there would be any issues. However, I was mistaken. Mr. Sinclair told me to wait for his call back and he would get me a "new number," suggesting a lower price than the $34K. So I waited... and waited... and waited some more, realizing I had only a few hours to make sure this deal was going to go through because the Dodge prices were done on 01/31/18.
Mr. Sinclair called me back at around 8pm to inform me the truck had sold. (not to my surprise) I guess the fact I had told him and other members of his team that I wanted to buy the vehicle and had pre-approved financing already, truly meant nothing. Mr. Sinclair did offer me another vehicle, "to meet his numbers he was willing to take off $1000.00." However, that vehicle was not what I was looking for so I declined.
The moral of the story is always check into a dealership before you spend your hard-earned money. Good thing I called before driving to see the vehicle!
The advertised price should be the correct sales price. I will be filing a claim with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), an organization who clearly frowns upon false advertising, and the BBB.
Mark helped us find the New Journey that we wanted, he... - Family7
Mark helped us find the New Journey that we wanted, he was very friendly. So much that 2 weeks later we took our daughter back to him to purchase her car. When we are ready for our next one we will only go back to Mark Emery at Freedom. Freedom is just a small town dealership , and very helpful at finding you a vehicle which we liked. They are more personal, than trying to just push something on you.
We have purchased a van from them in the previous years, and have had service done with them, and they alway's fixed it the first time.
