I have purchased my last two vehicles from Royal Gate and have been pleased with their sales and customer service. However, my last service, which was just an oil change, demonstrated to me that they are making a concerted effort to please. The service area parking was full at my arrival but I was met by a technician outside the service bay who took the car, gave me a slip of paper to give to the receptionist who was congenial and quickly reviewed my service request/reservation. I mentioned that they looked very busy and she indicated they had one worker on vacation. However, my car was promptly serviced and I was escorted to check out. As I departed to my car (awaiting me at the door), another individual asked if I had been properly taken care of - very personal! So, in total, during what was obviously a pressure situation, everyone was pleasant and the service was accomplished promptly. Probably the best service experience I have received. Keep it up!

I was looking for a specific Jeep Compass, certain features and graphics package, and Auto Plaza in DeSoto was the ONLY dealership in a 60 mile radius that had exactly what I was looking for. Started with texting Brandon about the vehicle, he was quick to respond and provided immediate pricing with our Chrysler employee discount. Upon arrival to test drive the Jeep, Brandon was with another customer and introduced us to Blake. Blake was great! Very knowledgeable about the Jeep and all it's features. Although we didn't buy that same day, I was in contact with Blake while trying to secure financing elsewhere. He was always responsive and answered all my questions....and there were a LOT of questions! Once my financing was secured, we met Blake and he went over all the little details this vehicle had; helped set up my phone and Sirius XM radio. I came in for a diagnostic on the air quality system.(BEST PRICE OF ANY CHRYSLER DEALER IN TOWN!)They did all the tests...checked and re-checked. They found out what was wrong and explained it carefully to me. They they were extremely thorough and easy to understand. John quoted the price to replace the part. (Very fair price) But he knew just last week I had bought the same part and it was installed at another repair shop in town. John informed me what they would charge to replace it again.. but he was totally honest. He said- if I were you since you have a warranty with the other shop and you just had the work done last week, at it is under warranty check them out first! False Advertising/Buyer Beware - AP2018
After researching the purchase of a Pacifica online, I found the best deals at Holzhauer. I went there, test drove the vehicle and subject to the appraisal of my Durango was ready to purchase that day. I asked if the online price for the vehicle was the price I would be getting and Brendan assured me it was. Fast forward to the official offer and I was given a deal based on the MSRP of the Pacifica, which was $7000 more than what was listed online. I feel like they tried to take advantage of a female who went on her own to buy a car. Little did they know they weren't dealing with an amateur! They even went so far as to tell me they thought they already had someone to purchase my Durango! Needless to say, I left and will not be returning.

Incompetent service department - JAMES
My insurance works with this place. When I lost the keys to my truck they towed it there so I could get new keys done. After I picked up the keys my check engine light came on. Service department was closed so I drove home and called them the next day. They denied all responsibility and offered to get it checked out for the usual fee. I denied since the check engine light was not on before I had the car towed. It got worse - about a month later my key did not work anymore and I had to call my insurance again and it went back to them. The service manager was rude - even so that I told them not to do anything until I got there to check out what's going on, they had already taken my truck apart so I had no choice but to pay for the installation of a new ignition switch. The way it is the key's were not done right, so the ignition switch went bad - so I paid over $1,000 for the ignition switch and the keys and I have still an issue with my check engine light that they caused to come on. I even went thru BBB and they answered them wrong. I can only recommend to stay away from this place - incompetent and rude.

*Buyer Beware* I started my search for a New 2017 Ram on Auto trader, like most Americans searching for dealer incentives and driven by prices, I looked some 300 miles from my home. If it's a good deal, then why not? I came across Dave Sinclair's vehicle on Auto Trader for an astounding $29,948.00 for a loaded Big Horn Crew Cab 4x4 SLT, normal price at other dealers was $36k, so I called down to Sinclair's to make sure the vehicle was still in stock. The internet manager, Jane, whom answered the phone was pleasant and easy to work with. She did inform me the vehicle was still on their lot and since we had only 2 days left before the incentives were no longer valid through Dodge, I should make my way to their dealership, sooner than later. As I was starting to figure out a time to drive 6 hours one way I happened to look on their website only to find the exact same vehicle priced at $34,200.00. Keep in mind, Jane had said nothing about the price. So I told Jane we would be down to purchase the vehicle and I had already been pre-qualified through my bank and Dodge, but they would have to honor the $29k price.
"Well, I'm sorry but that must be a mistake made by Auto Trader." Jane tells me. "Our price is what is listed on our website."
"So what would have happened if I never would have looked at your website and I would have drove all the way to your dealership to buy that vehicle?" I asked.
"We would honor our website price." She stated.
The reason I tell this story is because I would like everyone who reads this to understand that this looks like a classic Bait and Switch. The pricing stayed the same reduced amount on Auto Trader after I brought the mistake to their attention. Members of Sinclair's staff called Auto trader to adjust the price, or so they told me, but no changes were made to the price until the vehicle was sold. Also, I was informed that AutoTrader had the wrong price for quite a few of Mr. Sinclair's vehicles. The whole process seemed fishy.
After speaking with Jane twice she informed me the dealership would only honor the $34K price tag because it was Auto Traders fault the price was different. Regardless, of who put the wrong price on Auto trader, they are still representing Sinclair's. If a company hires a third party to do their advertising ultimately, the hiring company still has to take some responsibility and to make it "right" when a customer calls them out about it.
I made a few more calls to the dealership that afternoon; a few to Dave Sinclair himself. He informed me they would not move on the $34K price tag. I informed Mr. Sinclair about the Auto trader mishap and how false advertising is in fact illegal, but "accidents" do happen and since their key slogan is something to the effect of "we will do everything to make it right-even if its free" I didn't think there would be any issues. However, I was mistaken. Mr. Sinclair told me to wait for his call back and he would get me a "new number," suggesting a lower price than the $34K. So I waited... and waited... and waited some more, realizing I had only a few hours to make sure this deal was going to go through because the Dodge prices were done on 01/31/18.
Mr. Sinclair called me back at around 8pm to inform me the truck had sold. (not to my surprise) I guess the fact I had told him and other members of his team that I wanted to buy the vehicle and had pre-approved financing already, truly meant nothing. Mr. Sinclair did offer me another vehicle, "to meet his numbers he was willing to take off $1000.00." However, that vehicle was not what I was looking for so I declined.
The moral of the story is always check into a dealership before you spend your hard-earned money. Good thing I called before driving to see the vehicle!
The advertised price should be the correct sales price. I will be filing a claim with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), an organization who clearly frowns upon false advertising, and the BBB.

Mark helped us find the New Journey that we wanted, he was very friendly. So much that 2 weeks later we took our daughter back to him to purchase her car. When we are ready for our next one we will only go back to Mark Emery at Freedom. Freedom is just a small town dealership , and very helpful at finding you a vehicle which we liked. They are more personal, than trying to just push something on you.
We have purchased a van from them in the previous years, and have had service done with them, and they alway's fixed it the first time.
