Bad customer service - NTree11
I bought a brand new 2018 Hyundai Elantra in June 2018 and I’ve brought my car back 3 times for heat related issues and they can’t seem to fix it. Each time I bring it back I’m given a hard time and lame excuses of why it hasn’t been fixed properly. They’re customer service is terrible and they never explain to me whats going on with the car and never show any sort of compassion. I don’t trust them at all and will not be buying a car from there again.

Leased 1st car. At end, took 3 mos for payoff. Kept getting late notices. Hyundai Finance hit my credit report for $150 disputed damage fees.
