Excellent Sales Experience - Kirk
This was a very easy, no drama, professional sales and purchase experience. We live in Virginia and had been shopping for a Q7 in the local Virginia dealerships. We happened to be in Bethesda and stopped in at Audi Bethesda. Dave Engel greeted us and was very friendly, professional and patient as he described the vehicle and accompanied us on a test drive. A week later, when we decided to purchase a Q7 we thought about purchasing the Q7 at our local dealership. However, based on our experience with David, we decided to return to Audi Bethesda. I walked into the showroom and looked around at the rather amazing cars a bit before being casually approached by Kuchard (sp?), one of the managers. We talked a bit and he guided me to the A4, which is a perfect car for me. He then introduced me to Shawn who took me out on a test drive. From that point on, I was sold. We talked a bit more and then I left as i never make impulse decisions. There was no pressure from them at all to buy. The next day I came back, drove a couple more models and settled on a beautiful Premium Plus A4 with the tech package. The best part of it all was I felt like I was dealing with more of a friend than a salesman. Instead of trying to upsell me or push a deal, he just listened to what I said I wanted and matched me up with the perfect car at a very good price. Shawn, Kuchard and Mohammad were all great guys who made the whole buying process fun & easy instead of stressful.
