Dealt with Theus in trading my Wrangler and buying new one. Had bought 3 vehicles from Crisswell before but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Theus was laid back, friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed Theus’ accessibility and responsiveness. Days before I bought my Jeep, Theus communicated with me via text even during his day off and after work hours. By the time I got to the dealership I felt he really understood my needs and wants and I feel the service I received was possivitely impacted as a result. I really hate leaving a bad review, but my email asked me to. I loved my Jeep until I took it in for service and recalls. It's not been the same. The transmission now slips, my liftgate fails to life quite often. Both things supposedly corrected on recalls. I wasn't having any problems before taking it in for service and regret it terribly as I must keep this vehicle for a long time. I called about the problem right away and was given some strange explanation about the 'slipping' and that it was normal in the newer vehicles, yet friends have the same vehicle & don't have a problem. After learning from mechanics that makes no sense at all, I called my salesman to get his thoughts before my daughter purchased a Jeep also and given the same lame excuse. Live and learn (and pay bigtime:( Never again!! Unless I have a problem no recall corrections for me. The service techs were very accommodating and kind but that doesn't help my Jeep run any better.

A while back my wife and I were looking for a Jeep, we went in to this place and after waiting for half an hour for the one and only wrangler sales person to finish with a previous customer (5 minutes), go have a smoke and pal around with his friends (25 minutes) he was finally able to give us a test drive in a model that was nothing like what we were interested in, no matter we got a test drive. We got back and told the guy what we wanted my wife had 3 things it had to be, green, automatic, Rubicon. The guy told us I don't have anything like that. No offer to look around, no talk of ordering one from the manufacturer nothing. He suggested a couple options that came close that he had on the lot. We left, he didn't seem to mind. I found exactly what I wanted on my own at Darcars in Rockville, they were awesome by the way.
Fast forward a couple months and I'm having problems with my stereo shutting off randomly. Since I passed by this awful place on my way home at the time, I stopped in. The service writer very rudely to sent me away because I didn't have an appointment. Didn't offer to have some underling take a look because all it needed was for the software to be reflashed (takes 3 minutes) or even offer to make an appointment. Just said he didn't see me on the schedule come back when I have an appointment.
So as my review the whole place it terrible, avoid it. All of these positive reviews are people who don't mind being jerked around, or are friends/family of the employees trying to help out.

My Jeep broke down off Interstate 95 and I got great service - Mrsk08753
On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.

This is a very dishonest company. I purchased a used car there and it was a very big mistake. At the time of purchase, the staff was very friendly. I purchased a used car for my son. I asked the salesperson what would happen if the car didn’t pass the inspection in MD. He said that they were a family-oriented company and that they would address any problems. Of course, that didn’t happen. I purchased a used car that required over $1,500 of inspection-related repairs. This dishonest company turned its back on me. Please don’t by a car from a company that dishonors human decency.

Poor customer service. Used cars in a ridiculous condition and there is no negotiation on them at all. Temporary tag expired but still no tags in mail. When trying to speak to a manager they are never available. No one ever gives a call back even to a left voicemail. Tap water if you feel thirsty. Spent 7 hours for paperwork. The place is a joke

Overall a great car buying experience. Rick was awesome and so helpful in explaining the car, options/features and guiding me thru the entire process. Paul in financing made the actual purchase so very easy and gave some great advise for setting myself up for improving credit scores for better loan rates in the future. Also a shout out to the gentleman that did the finish up details before we drove off the lot, he was very sweet and did a great job. An outstanding team of people!

Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
