Jeep Patriot died - towed to AAA service station where the dx was a dead tranny.and 3700 dollar bill. I called the Jeep dealer in Ny and he told me we were covered under warranty. Called DarCars and they not only had the car towed free of charge they informed me we were covered but for a small copay of 100 dollars.
Such honesty lately i have never seen. I have such raves for DarCars especially Dwight!!

On June 22 I was traveling from NJ to SC when my Jeep broke down just off Interstate 95. I had my Roadside Assistance tow the vehicle to the nearest Jeep dealership which turned out to be Fred Frederick in Laurel. Even though they were busy, Joe Lavin went out of his way to have the problem diagnosed, overnight the part and install it the next day. He made sure I had a place to stay and kept my Jeep, with all my travel gear in it, in the service bay for safe keeping. I was on the road the next afternoon and have not have any mechanical problems since.

Buying 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees no issues. Service plan they sell you, the dealer and service can never get in-sync what's covered with Chrylser MVP. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 Jeeps and 5 years. My plan is $635 covered all scheduled maintenance and on $30 of synthetic oil change. As I type this MVP says all inspections are covered, rotations covered, yet service says only $30 off oil is covered for life of plan. Why would I pay $635 to save $30 on 6-7 oil changes when since my lease ends at 36K? (7x90oil change =630). (7x saving at $30=210). So on a $635 plan I'd still pay $420!!?? Service needs training on ALL warranties. Today it took 4.5 hours to get my oil changed. Not what I had planned for on an annual leave. Business manager Steve Sloan was great to deal with and is in sync with MVP, but whatever he finds out from MVP then with service dept it's a 50/50 shot if service wants to believe it. You have to start at ground zero with service explaining it, and it's even in writing "Jason". Service personnel are clueless and need warranty training. What's really sad is when I go next time for 30k service who knows what they'll tell me is not covered (although again it's on the ES Plan). After today they have probably lost a customer and anyone else I can tell my story to. And if Bill the owner wishes to respond ... picking up the phone would be much better customer service then you trying to justify service dept's knowledge with a response.

We found him to be willing to help us understand the process and willing to communicate with us while the cars were being built. Vincenzo was meticulously careful to point out the new features of the vehicle that were of importance to safely operating them.
I realize that I am not the average customer. I had already committed to the sale before I walked in to the dealership. I knew what the approximate price would be and had my financing settled in advance. Vincenzo was wonderful at focusing on the things I found important while still managing to cover all of the important items that had "slipped my mind". Once I made my decision to go for it, he texted me the link to fill out the application online. This part literally took me 4 minutes. Within 20 minutes, he told me the truck was mine if I wanted it. This place is a terrible place to purchase a car they are unreliable and the sales men are just looking for commission and not your best interest. I just purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass trailhawk I’ve been in and out of shop since I’ve purchased the vehicle and now I need a new engine.. but get this it’s not a new engine.. it’s refurbished engine. Do not recommend this site or anyone here to anyone I know. The cars are unreliable and people unhelpful. Update guys my cars been in the shop for 2 weeks and they said it would be ready today... nope not ready. This place is a joke.

Our family met the worst sale manager in the car business ever today at the Dulles Chrysler Dealership! We came all the way from Maryland to see a car with all the features that we were looking for and the sales person, called Ricardo, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. We were ready to make a deal to buy the car. Then the sales manager came with the price offers, which were completely different, and at least $3,000 dollars higher than their listed price on their own website. When we pointed out the discrepancy and tried to figure out how to utilize the loan system to defray the price difference, Howard turned extremely impatient and basically told us to leave!! He obviously didn’t want to sell the car to us, maybe because we figured out his snake oil trickery to lure customers in and then switch to higher prices or more expensive loans that they never list on the website. This Howard even boasted that he was able to trick more than 250 customers a month to his “over-claimed” cheapest prices! Unbelievable! In reality, their prices are not better than any other good faith and much nicer dealers! The company owner should fire Howard Hubbard, not because of his misleading online advertisement on car prices, but because how rude he treats customers and didn’t want to sell cars!! We also feel bad for Ricardo, who was so nice but wasn’t able to sell the car to us because of his MEAN boss!! I give one star because of Ricardo. For Howard, it is 0 Star!!

Received an alert on a used Genesis Coupe from Koon's and couldn't believe the price. My son had saved for years and this was exactly what he was looking for and could afford. Chris Lamb our salesman sent over our WOW price guarantee and we were set.
To all of our surprise the car had not even been in the service center yet so the listed price was below the cars value.
Instead of trying to explain why adjust the price, Chris and Koon's held to their word and made a 16 year old first time car buyer a very proud young man.
The WOW Price truly is that and Koon's stands by their word to make the buying experience easy and hassle free. Chris Lamb was great to work with and kept us informed every step of the way, taking care of all of the details.
Service department worst experience - Peter
We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for electrical issues and door lock (item #3 on the work order) and picked up the vehicle and paid in full ($286). LED car headlights stopped working while driving at night; not a pleasant experience. Returned the the car to the dealership within 50 miles of first service (32 miles were the round trip to drop off)) to have the issue fixed and the same door above fixed again. We were clear in follow up phone calls that we wanted LED bulbs. Picked up the car a week later only to discover they had replaced our expensive LED bulbs with OEM. Asked to speak to the service manager to explain this was unsatisfactory. He assured us he would make it right and credited the bill. Two weeks later we called to get an update. We were informed they did not realize the car was there and had done nothing to repair the door lock or lights. Was then told we did not tell the truth about the door even though we paid the first invoice in full. So disappointed with the experience to date we went to pick up the vehicle paid the full bill ($506) and never will return. Do not get service here.
What Customer Service? - DaGrinch
Bought a used Jeep Liberty from an individual and it came with only one key. I bought a blank key from an outside source and had my son go to Bender's to have the key cut and programmed. They wouldn't touch it because it wasn't a MOPAR key. I knew I was risking the blank to be bad - what difference does it make to them? They were going to be paid for their time and effort. Nope, wouldn't touch it.
This would have been the perfect opportunity for this dealership to establish a good rapport - never know, I might need parts for the used Liberty and with a good experience, there's always the possibility I'd be back. They don't have to worry about it now.
