I recently went in for my second and third car purchase in a few months. Unfortunately, my husband was in a very bad accident and I wanted to make sure he and my kids were driving the safest cars available. Dwayne provided exceptional service. His charisma and personality are a huge asset to this dealership and ultimately contributed to the purchase. I came in on a Saturday just to test drive the car, and ended up coming back the next day with my folks ready to purchase. He made the whole process easy, and was very relatable. What stood out the most was what happened after I drove the car home. The ability to ask him any questions about the car and get a quick response is a great feeling. I would recommend him to any buyer, especially those who are purchasing for the first time.
Improper paperwork = cannot drive my car - ny
Beautiful new facility with staff that is helpful and friendly during the purchasing process. The dealership's business office, however, failed to properly process my vehicle's paperwork and I was unable to drive my vehicle for over two weeks because they messed up the documentation needed to get tags. They told me that in Virginia you can only get temporary tags for 30 days and cannot renew or get new temp tags, so I couldn't drive my vehicle until they fixed the registration paperwork and we got it reprocessed. It seemed like they waited until the last second to send me the paperwork then dragged their feet on fixing the problem.
Also, the bill of sale said in black-and-white that I had paid for tags but then they came back later and said I had to pay the tag fee separately.
I'm not sure if they were not being completely honest or if they are not completely competent at what they do.
So, this might be a fine place to purchase a vehicle, as long as you don't need to drive it and you have time to fix their mistakes.
