Recall Service on my GLC 300 - chris156
Took my 2018 GLC 300 in for a recall service on the rear passenger seat belt.The place is a little tight when I have to move my car to the second lane, I accidentally scratched the left front side of the car against the wall. The Service Rep Edwin Cortez said he will clean it up for me and boy did he do a good job, the scratch is barely noticeable. That was the highlight of my visit. Edwin Cortez was professional and pleasant to work with, he earned the 5 stars I gave for the review. The service was so so because it took almost a whole day instead of a few hours as I was initially informed when I called to make the appointment.

We are a used car dealership that specializes in a lot of high end cars. Every time we have sent any vehicles to the service department our vehicles sit for several weeks and nobody ever even calls us to tell us what is going on. I call there and call there and can't get anybody on the phone and when I leave messages nobody gets back to me. They said they don't schedule appointments for used car dealerships so your vehicle just has to sit there until they get to it. I am hoping to have our current vehicle that is setting there back by the end of the year. Unfortunately we are stuck going here because this is the closes Mercedes dealership around.

Very negligent and careless mechanics - Benz E350
I brought my car for windshield replacement and the certified mechanics were so negligent and dropped liquid material they used all over the dashboard and they scratched the front wood panel. Also they dropped some on top of the front hood. Off course they denied that they scratched the wood panel.. I showed my service advisor the condition of my car and he apologized and had the car detailed and they replaced the wood panel but there was a large spot inside the driver side door which they could not remove. I told them it is unacceptable and will not take my car back until it is restored back to the way it was before the repairs.
I am so disappointed with the way they handled the job and did not even bother to cover the dashboard and the area around the windshield while they did the work. Not professional mechanics.
I would like to update the survey and add that the service manager and my advisor made sure my car was spic and span. They took it to an upholstry shop to have the stubborn spot removed. Overall I am very pleased with the service manager and my advisor. I just hope the mechanics would be more careful while doing repairs in the future.
