I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. Our salesperson , Rob Edmonds, is so nice. He is very professional and really knows about the vehicles. I have been to dealerships before where the buying process is stressful and not pleasant. It is NOT that way at this dealership. Rob made the process easy and stress free. The finance manager, Tony Mills, is also very knowledgeable and was very helpful too. This is the second vehicle we have bought from a dealership in the Younger Group and I would definitely buy from them again!

**Where do I start?**
Before I begin, it's important to note that I have been to every Mercedes Dealer in Maryland, Mercedes Benz of Arlington, Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach, and Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach, among others, and, in my opinion, Mercedes Benz of Alexandria is, by far, the worst. Allow me to explain.
First off, it's nearly impossible to get a call/email back, even when your car is being serviced, but, the aforementioned is negligible, compared to the damage they caused to my car. The icing on the cake is that they are denying all responsibility.
While my vehicle was being serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, damage occurred while in their possession. Specifically, the front driver's side parking strip (was almost completely ripped off and there are scuff marks around where the parking strip once was), the underside of the front bumper had been damaged (the entire piece was crushed and some of it is no longer there), and the mesh that is supposed to be in the grill is no longer there. Also, the top wing on the passenger side had been cracked (to the left of the Mercedes Star in the front grill.)
I escalated my complaint all the way through the chain of command, til I reached the GM (Peter Collins) and, he stated, after interviewing the employees, his view was that the dealership did not cause the damage, which is simply not true.
I requested the dealership to check the video surveillance, and asked if they had taken photos of my car, before it left the dealership. To my surprise, they informed me they don't have records of the video surveillance going back that far, (beyond 30 days) and they did not have any pictures of my car, however I do not believe this. Most likely, they pulled the tapes, and once they saw they caused the damage, they simply denied having this footage. Be that as it may, I wasn't concerned, since my insurance took pictures on 7/3, while my car was at the dealer, which showed my car in pristine shape. However, even after I showed Mercedes Benz of Alexandria this photographic evidence (that my car did not have any previous damage), they still would not take responsibility.
I have now escalated this issue with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia - Consumer Protection, and I'll subsequently file a case with the BBB tomorrow. I also called the State Corporation Commission of Virginia, which handles insurance related matters, since they refused to provide me with their commercial insurance policy, so that I would be able to file a "garage keeper's claim." The representative of the State Corporation Commission told me that it's very rare for a Automotive repair shop to deny providing insurance information once requested, and stated that this typically only happens with smaller, less reputable (and less well known) companies.
In closing, let me say that there are plenty of reputable, HONEST, automotive service repair shops out there, but this is not one of them. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this dealership, and avoid them like the plague. You'll be thankful you did.
Flat tire - CP
Dan made sure to have my tire replaced in a timely and efficient manner. I let Dan know that my tire was covered by the tire protection. It was not immediately known as it was not in the computer. Dan called the company to make sure this was correct and he was able to give me the tire replacement protection for the tire. I waited in the service area.

Not Honest on their used Car Description - monica123
I dealt with Faz, he was not honest and said the used car was checked. I have no problem at all buying a used car but I thought at least he would be honest about what was wrong. I bought three Mercedes in total from Penske. Two almost new ones in Chantilly, and one older one in Tysons. The Tysons branch i a disaster. Its run very poor and they are dishonest. Jamie (Hymen) who is the sales manager did nothing to help his sales person get on the phone to explain to use some questions we had. Once Faz sold us this car he vanished, no return of calls and he mysteriously is never there anymore. The previous time I bought a Mercedes as is, they listed all the problems wrong with it and this was fine with me. He was deceptive and thats not professional, I told this all to Hymen and he could care less. Too many lies for me to handle. Next year im buying the new AMG GLS and I plan to go to Arlington that is not owned by Penske.
