On our way to Florida, we encountered a serious problem. Our tire and disk blew out while driving on I-95 in Virginia. We had to put the spare tire on, while parked on the shoulder of I-95. Then we decided to head to the nearest Nissan dealership to get a new tire. The nearest dealership was Leckner Nissan. Leckner Nissan had an amazing Service team.

We had a great buying experience thanks to Moin the Sales Manager and Raphael our salesman. Raphael took the time to go over the vehicle with us take care of us throughout the sales process. We got an absolutely great deal on our new Armada and couldn't be happier. To Raphael's credit he even spent time cleaning and detailing the car himself after the rest of the staff had already left for the day.

My wife and I purchased a used Maxima from Freddy Cuellar this morning. The whole process was faster than usual, only 3hrs. Priority offers complimentary lifetime oil changes and inspections. My oil change experience was horrible. My oil cap was put back on way too tight. I was then told this is normal and the edges round off and the caps eventually are broken off and replaced for and slight charge. 90.00$!!! I was told that caps cannot be put on to tight. After later inquiries with nurous businesses I was informed unanimously that rounded edges is not normal And that yes an oil cap can be put back on to tight. Horrible service and complete disregard for the community or customers.

The front camera was off by one degree and wouldn’t work. The staff at Sheehy were quick to fix the issue and answered any questions I had throughout the purchasing process. This is my second Rogue and love purchasing from a certified Nissan dealership.

I walked in to the dealership one week ago, thinking that I would look into Sentra for purchasing. However, when I walked in, I was greeted by Anthony, one of the sales persons, and was promptly walked through the options. He introduced me the aggressive discounts they were having on Altima and suggested that the adjusted price might work for my budget after all. Afterward, he was very prompt with test drives and getting the estimates for the car. He was very friendly, imformative, and understanding through out the process.
He followed up with me through phone calls on my process with research afterwards and kindly set down again to talk over the financing when I returned a week later. I really appreciated Anthony's service and he would be the main reason to go back to Passport Nissan in the future.

Worse car buying buying experience ever - Dontito
The car had so much scratches on it did not notice during test drive because it was covered with pollen in May of 2018 .To top it off had a flat lately and realized the nuts on the hubcaps fake rims did match the tools in the trunk .I would not recommend anyone buy a used car from Leckner Nissan.

I went to Pohanka wanting to buy a Pathfinder. I had done a lot of research and wanted to buy in the next month or so. I was shown a few cars, and the sales lady kept trying to put me in crappy cars or used ones In which I was not interested. She kept looking in her notebook; it was as though she was given a list of cars to dump on people. She must have been new. If I had a question, she would have to ask the manager.
Later, when I called back and was getting serious about buying, either the sales lady I had been relegated to and was told I “was her’s” if I tried to talk to another salesperson or try to get information. I have read where other people had great experiences, and I just wish I had had that same experience.

Dishonest and incompetent - walker
I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more.
I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined.
They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else.
A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed.
For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record.
I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
STAY AWAY. TRUST ME.
