They weren't too pushy, they understood which "extras" wouldn't make too much sense for me and didn't push them on me. I purchased a used vehicle from Rod and couldn't have had an easier purchase process. He allowed me to take the car out for a test drive and didn't push me to make a decision. I told him I was ready to buy the car, we sat down at his desk, and about 10 easy minutes later, I was filling out my paper work. Rod made the process very easy and didn't push me around, even though I am a young buyer. The car was in very good condition and I have not had any issues with it. I would definitely go back to Criswell Nissan to purchase another car.

I was contacted by William Weaver while I was waiting for my Murano to be serviced. William took my wife and I on a test drive and was able to answer all the questions we had about the car. When we got back to the dealership, Miguel and I have agreed upon the sales price, and then financing was arranged. It took me about an hour and a half to buy a new car and the experience was very pleasant. I have been coming to the dealership to buy new and used cars and to have them serviced there for the last 11 years and plan to continue doing so for many more years to come.

"Lifetime" Experience - Female
This is for sales and service. I purchased my 2008 Exterra NEW from them with a lifetime tires and Gold membership. I only bought the vehicle new to transport my father to the doctors. Needless to say, I didnt drive it much for the first several years. I took the vehicle in because of a puddle on my garage floor after a recent oil change at their facility. They found no leak so I took it to a friend for a second opinion. He walked me through what had happened. The rear end fluid had leaked out. The leak was more than obvious. Did they even look? the paper said they did. I recently went in for an oil change and asked for a 'tire rotation and balance'. (it could void the warranty) They told me it would be over $120.00 for the oil change because they have not been charging me for the $80 additive. WHAT? The additive costs $10 at your local automotive store. The also returned the vehicle to me without balancing. I drove over 1200 miles wonder xxx. I took it back and they said they would fix it for $48 for a tire rotation and balance. Whats really superb is that the 'courtesy inspection' indicated I needed a interior micro air filter. That's funny. I just replaced it last week. I really don't think they look at anything. If the car is under warranty and they cant make money, they will not prey on you. Funny thing. They said my Gold membership ended at 60 months. I didn't see that in my contract as well as the Tires for Life. Maybe the Virginia Attorney General can weigh in on this? I wonder what the engine carbon removal service is anyway? Needless to say I like my new FORD

This guy is just great. He put absolutely no pressure on us at all. Took a little tour with him in the back lot until we found our auto and from that point on Matt exemplified what a true professional he was. He provided us with everything we needed to purchase this car and in a very positive manner. Again, let me clearly state, he worked with us very closely to finish the deal but did it in a way that made both of us comfortable to be there. If you are going to purchase a new or used auto, ask for Matt. You won't go wrong.
Dishonest and incompetent - walker
I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more.
I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined.
They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else.
A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed.
For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record.
I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

I went to dealership to look at a Ram Promaster on 11/10/17. I was on the lot for 15 minutes and proceeded to the sales office. I stopped at the front area for 10 minutes and proceeefed to walk around the showroom for another 15. Not a single sales person or staff member asked if I needed help or had been helped, even though I saw two salesmen B.S. with each other. I left and went to Criswell and purchased a Promaster two hours later. Worst place ever.

I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
