Got a great deal on a 09 honda accord however we paid cash and they ran our credit which wasnt necessary due to paying cash. They also said that they would clean up the car for us before leaving however they didnt and a headlight was out that they didnt fix unless we brought it back right away and we already drove 45 mins away, on. Fri. Said theyd call us mon to see if we could fix locally and never got a call :( sales guy was great. Service and finance not so much.

I had spoken with Craig a couple times over the years and purchased at least one previous vehicle from the dealership with his help. I had a 2010 Altima Coupe ridden hard and obviously needing a rest as suggested by Javier, my Service manager of several years, and Craig was there to help me look at my options. From there, the purchase when smoothly. Craig even arranged for me to take delivery the next day due to severe weather conditions on the day of purchase. Thanks for that.

I purchased my vehicle in 2015 and I have had good service experiences up until now, however Robin their new employee has gone above and beyond all others to assist me!
He's been the only employee in 3 years to approach me the second I arrive at the service bay! He carefully listens to concerns and explains things to customers very clearly. I requested price quotes after a service and the information was very helpful in planning future repairs, which I plan to do at this dealership now thanks to him.
Robin gives clients more of his time than ANY dealership I have ever been to. When repairs are being done he takes the time to check in with you on the wait or any changes.

"Lifetime" Experience - Female
This is for sales and service. I purchased my 2008 Exterra NEW from them with a lifetime tires and Gold membership. I only bought the vehicle new to transport my father to the doctors. Needless to say, I didnt drive it much for the first several years. I took the vehicle in because of a puddle on my garage floor after a recent oil change at their facility. They found no leak so I took it to a friend for a second opinion. He walked me through what had happened. The rear end fluid had leaked out. The leak was more than obvious. Did they even look? the paper said they did. I recently went in for an oil change and asked for a 'tire rotation and balance'. (it could void the warranty) They told me it would be over $120.00 for the oil change because they have not been charging me for the $80 additive. WHAT? The additive costs $10 at your local automotive store. The also returned the vehicle to me without balancing. I drove over 1200 miles wonder xxx. I took it back and they said they would fix it for $48 for a tire rotation and balance. Whats really superb is that the 'courtesy inspection' indicated I needed a interior micro air filter. That's funny. I just replaced it last week. I really don't think they look at anything. If the car is under warranty and they cant make money, they will not prey on you. Funny thing. They said my Gold membership ended at 60 months. I didn't see that in my contract as well as the Tires for Life. Maybe the Virginia Attorney General can weigh in on this? I wonder what the engine carbon removal service is anyway? Needless to say I like my new FORD
Dishonest and incompetent - walker
I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more.
I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined.
They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else.
A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed.
For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record.
I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

I went to Pohanka wanting to buy a Pathfinder. I had done a lot of research and wanted to buy in the next month or so. I was shown a few cars, and the sales lady kept trying to put me in crappy cars or used ones In which I was not interested. She kept looking in her notebook; it was as though she was given a list of cars to dump on people. She must have been new. If I had a question, she would have to ask the manager.
Later, when I called back and was getting serious about buying, either the sales lady I had been relegated to and was told I “was her’s” if I tried to talk to another salesperson or try to get information. I have read where other people had great experiences, and I just wish I had had that same experience.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
STAY AWAY. TRUST ME.

Had advertised a car online for $17,995, but after spending 3 hours with the dealership, I learned the car would cost me nearly $8,000 more than their advertised price. I don't know how many people are military, recent graduates, frequent buyers, and all the other discounts combined to actually get the price they advertised, but I'll bet nobody gets the vehicle for their advertised price. I resent the fact that I wasted 3 hours of my life dealing with them. I have ridiculous credit, 865, and so even a well qualified buyer such as myself wasn't eligible for their best deal. Ended up buying the same vehicle, literaly same VIN number, from a much better dealer who didn't try to deceive their customers. I would never go back to this dealer just based on principle.
