Sergio was amazing! Despite weather, despite me be a particularly picky customer, Sergio was there through it all. I had made an appointment, but my Schedule got backed up due to traffic, but by the time I arrived Sergio had lined up the cars I wanted to check out, and was very knowledgeable about the various models, and trims I was considering, and when I had narrowed my decision down, allowed me to pull the cars together that I was finally considering.
Once I selected my vehicle he was great in the office helping my wife and I navigate the paperwork, and pull together a competitive financing offer. While I did not finance with them the experience working with them and my bank, and they weren't overly pushy with up-selling add-ins.
So far this has been our best experience at a car dealership, and I would recommend them for anyone considering a Nissan!

I took my car on 5/29/18, to get an oil change and (Kolby) forgot to reset the system. I had to go back to get them to reset the system. Jack Price was not professional at all. He made it seem like it was my fault that they didn't perform their job that I paid for ($43.00). He said it was just a small mistake. I was discriminated because I am woman.

I went to Pohanka wanting to buy a Pathfinder. I had done a lot of research and wanted to buy in the next month or so. I was shown a few cars, and the sales lady kept trying to put me in crappy cars or used ones In which I was not interested. She kept looking in her notebook; it was as though she was given a list of cars to dump on people. She must have been new. If I had a question, she would have to ask the manager.
Later, when I called back and was getting serious about buying, either the sales lady I had been relegated to and was told I “was her’s” if I tried to talk to another salesperson or try to get information. I have read where other people had great experiences, and I just wish I had had that same experience.
Dishonest and incompetent - walker
I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more.
I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined.
They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else.
A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed.
For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record.
I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

I can't type it all because of the limited space. Their customer service is horrible, they damage vehicles then don't own up to their mistakes, they don't talk to you about your car at all. I took my vehicle there for routine maintenance no lights on just an oil change or fluid flush. Each time a light was on and they had no document of the light on my service records nor did anyone mention it to me. When i pick up my car and ask why they tell me it was already on. I take very good care of my car. if any light comes on I immediately take it to the dealership. so to pretty much tell me I'm lying and that it must have been on before hand is just plan wrong. I literally hate this service department and the dealership as a whole!!!! They're crooks!!!

Had advertised a car online for $17,995, but after spending 3 hours with the dealership, I learned the car would cost me nearly $8,000 more than their advertised price. I don't know how many people are military, recent graduates, frequent buyers, and all the other discounts combined to actually get the price they advertised, but I'll bet nobody gets the vehicle for their advertised price. I resent the fact that I wasted 3 hours of my life dealing with them. I have ridiculous credit, 865, and so even a well qualified buyer such as myself wasn't eligible for their best deal. Ended up buying the same vehicle, literaly same VIN number, from a much better dealer who didn't try to deceive their customers. I would never go back to this dealer just based on principle.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
