We purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue on Black Friday. Needless to say it was a very busy day at the dealership, but we were treated with patience and integrity. Joey Johnson was our salesman and he is very good at his job. So much so, we came back a week later looking for a used Rogue for our teenage driver and Joey assisted us in that sale as well. We spent a lot of time at other car dealerships in our search for cars and found Younger Nissan/Joey to be fair, honest and committed to excellent customer service.

I was assisting my retired mother in replacing her 15 year old sedan with a car better suited for her needs and safety improvements. We were looking for a Nissan Rogue with particular color and features and Hamilton Nissan offered a Certified Pre Owned vehicle perfect for what she wanted. Adam responded to my message left inquiring about the vehicle and we met him on a weekend to test drive and look over the car. We quickly felt Adam was interested in our business and would do his best to help us with our search. He explained our options clearly and never pushed us for a decision or choice. We sat down and made him a sincere offer and explained our expectations which he shared with Preston Semler who approved the deal. We returned a few days later to close the transaction and Adam had everything prepared and in order which made the transaction quick, smooth and (for once) enjoyable. I want thank you for the excellent service I received at the Leckner Nissan Service Center on 08/09/2018.
On our way to Florida, we encountered a serious problem. Our tire and disk blew out while driving on I-95 in Virginia. We had to put the spare tire on, while parked on the shoulder of I-95. Then we decided to head to the nearest Nissan dealership to get a new tire. The nearest dealership was Leckner Nissan. Leckner Nissan had an amazing Service team.

Not happy with the dragging out of getting the title processed, should not take a month! They sent papers to us twice for the title that they forgot to get us to sign. Still have not received my new tags and my 30 day tags run out on Dec.3rd. If I don't have them by then, I will most definitely update this!

Usually it takes hours to buy a car but the information was given to Eric and when we went in he had everything ready to go. Just the signing and putting on a tag. Eric was very professional throughout the whole deal. I will always refer friends and family to Tri State Nissan for the best deals and best customer service.

I went in because of a whining sound from my power steering. When I got there, the sound was gone but the reservoir was empty. After my last service, a piece of trim came undone, and is causing a leak into the truck. I was told that the power steering needed fluid but they could not see a leak. They did suggest a flush for $200.00. The trim is not covered by my extended warranty that I bought when the truck was purchased new. After I asked to speak to a service manager I waited 20 minutes until I decided to leave. I did see the salesman that sold me the truck and told him how soured I was with the Nissan brand and my experience. The response was that I should trade it in and get something else.
I will not give this dealership any more business.

Do not recommend this dealer. I recently purchased a used car 2015 Jeep Renegade. Even though it's a used car, I didn't expect to have problems basically the same day I bought it. Contract states 2 keys were given to me but dealer only gave me one key. Was told to come in on a Monday to get the other key because that's the only day the person who's in charge of making the key comes in. Arrived at 3:30 (as I was told), waited until 5:30 just to be told the guy didn't show up and to come back the following week. Had to drop off the car because the check engine light turned on (not even two weeks after I bought the car) and they had to take the Jeep to another dealer because they don't know what's wrong with it. This dealer is a fraud, I'm to the point where I just want to return the car but was told by Pat (Manager) that I can't return the car. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALER. It's not WORTH IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Worst Service Center in the Fredericksburg area. - Clarke110
I took my car in to have a part installed. I was the 3rd vehicle in line, at 557am, on a Saturday. After waiting 2.5 hours, I am told that they don't have the right part. Well, why wasn't I told this 2. 2 hours earlier. I am told that the part can be ordered, but I procured my own part, during the week, from a parts store and am Guaranteed that it is the right part, because I showed them the paperwork from the Nissan Service Department. I get back to Pohanka and I am told, much earlier this time, that it is the wrong part, but they have the right part in stock for $200 more. So, I am frustrated and just tell them to use their part. I pay and get my car back and now there is a very loud vibration when I am driving. So loud, in fact, that when I am driving I can barely use my in-car bluetooth, because people tell me it sounds like my windows are rolled down. I, also, notice that the original issue is still ongoing. I contact Pohanka, again, and explain all of this to them and ask if I can bring the car back to have it looked at. Cassie tells me that the loud vibration sound couldn't have been caused by the work their technicians did( however, it was not making this loud noise prior to them working on my vehicle) and that they do not perform diagnostics on Saturdays, because it is usually their busiest day. So, now, the vehicle that I was so excited about owning and driving, thanks to these thieves, has been a major irritation. If there were a way to give less than one star, I would gladly do so.
Dishonest and incompetent - walker
I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more.
I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined.
They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else.
A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed.
For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record.
I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan.

They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong."
I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service.
Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again.
