I no longer use this service department. After several horrible experiences. During simple oil changes on my Durango the oil filter was double gasketed at least 2 times. That caused over 5 visits to the dealership, This was very inconvenient leaving puddles of oil in my garage and all my driveway several times. Every time I pick my vehicle up from an oil change it head oily fingerprints on the doors. I was talked to several times like I had no clue about vehicles and every time my recommended diagnosis was correct. Never offered a courtesy vehicle, discount or anything On a good note they could normally get me in soon. The sales team here is awesome. More

Jason Keen took the reigns of what I wanted and made it happen effortlessly! He had everything lined up waiting to be done when the Jeep arrived to the dealership. I wasn’t sure what exactly I needed. He sent me a couple of pictures to choose from for wheels and tires. Used his judgement on safety and affordability for me (I gave him that trust to make those decisions for me). The Jeep turned out Bette than I could have imagined!! He kept everything in budget too! When my Jeep was delivered to my house it had a full tank of gas, was spotless, the XM radio was already set up, the navigation was set up. All my apps were sent to me ahead of time to set up. He gave me a thorough explanation of my new vehicle. And has checked in afterwards. All along the way he kept in touch and kept me updated on the status of things. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! More
