The service we received, on our car, was professional, excellent, and finished in a timely manner. I appreciate how they tell me what things my car needs ( and tell me the urgency of the matter) and then excellent, and finished in a timely manner. I made an appointment a week in advance and received 4 reminders including the date scheduled only to find out when I got there at 9am that I would have to leave the car as they wouldn’t have time to work reminders including the date scheduled only to find out when I got there at 9am that I would have to leave the car as they wouldn’t have time to work on it during the scheduled appointment. It is an inconvenience when the car is needed to get to work and now alternate arrangements have to be made for a second day getting to work. More

It was ok. The wait was long even with an appointment but they had snacks and drinks. The chairs weren’t that comfortable but at least there was a place to sit. It’s nice you can track your cars progress and they do wash your car. More

Since moving from Washington state I have taken my car to Larry Miller...The service at the service dept. has always been good...I either wait there or have a friend drop me off...the work is done in timely Larry Miller...The service at the service dept. has always been good...I either wait there or have a friend drop me off...the work is done in timely fashion and I am treated very well by the service rep.
