Abid was kind, helpful and respectful from the very beginning to the very end. He thoroughly addressed each question that arose and conveyed in word and action his willingness to achieve customer sati beginning to the very end. I was pleasantly surprised when Abid suggested they could offer a better interest rate than the agency through whom I had previous approval. I was even more surprised and thankful when Anthony from Finance offered even lower terms. Abid kept me informed of the status of the vehicle as it went through service check and detailing. He remembered and followed up on each issue about which I had questions. He even rearranged his schedule to accommodate a pick up time that worked with my schedule. I would recommend Abid and Gerald Subaru to family snd friends. I would return to Gerald, and Abid, for my next purchase. More
