My husband and I were warmly welcomed by Achille as if we were visiting him at home which put us at ease he is very honest and was able to answer all the questions that we had not only this but he took the t were visiting him at home which put us at ease he is very honest and was able to answer all the questions that we had not only this but he took the time to sit in our new Kia Soul and showed my husband how to use the features that he would be using because of him we are now loyal Hollywood Kia customers. From the very first time I went to this dealership in early 2020, everyone was super helpful; Yaneli, Achile, Carlos & Sean especially. I came back at the end of the year as I said I would & was able to early 2020, everyone was super helpful; Yaneli, Achile, Carlos & Sean especially. I came back at the end of the year as I said I would & was able to happily drive away with a k5!! I plan to leave the provided Kia plate border on because I am happy with the service i received & am glad to advertise it everywhere.
