Reaching out to Adam was not helpful in the first place. he was not very responsive to emails. Compared to other mitsubishi dealerships. Alan webb fell short of mitsubishi's customers services reputation. Rsther dissapo8nting that you have to find out wheb you arrive for service that everything is done on thr nissan side. Brandi was great very polite and explained things to me.
