Great sales experience from the sales team The sales experience was great from the sales team. Trent Purdue was our salesman and was prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the The sales experience was great from the sales team. Trent Purdue was our salesman and was prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the sales process. On the other hand, this is a certified vehicle. It supposably meets a 160 point inspection to be certified. When we got home we noticed that the turn signal bulbs and fog light bulbs on both sides of the car were dangling by there pigtails instead of in there sockets. Also, the right front seat cushion was not intact to the cushion frame, just hanging loose. As I said, the sales experience was very pleasant. The surprises we found with the car, though minor were not. More

Truck also has damage to passenger side running board not documented in description or certification. Rust found on passenger side door that was obviously overlooked as well. When "Girffo" called me today he offered no solution and only wanted to argue that he was correct. Adam "Griffo" was rude and unkind on the phone and tried to hang up on me when I became frustrated. Adam needs to lose his job and Beck needs to lose their Toyota dealership if they cant find a way to live up to that Toyota customer service that they and their team are lacking. More

Best Experience Ever I purchased a van earlier this week, and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Garry Ring, my salesperson, treated me with respec I purchased a van earlier this week, and could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Garry Ring, my salesperson, treated me with respect and answered all of my questions. I spoke with Garry by phone the day before my visit, but I did not have an appointment. A client, with a pre-scheduled appointment, arrived during my buying process. Garry not only managed both purchases efficiently, he did it effectively. I never once felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience. The manager, Adam Griffo, assisted me during various aspects of the process and also checked in with me frequently to make sure I did not feel neglected. As if that wasn't enough, Dennis Beck, the owner of the dealership, happened to be visiting the sales area during my visit. He introduced himself, and made sure I was being taken care of to my satisfaction. At that point, he did not even know if I was making a purchase . . . he just wanted to make sure I was happy with the experience. Once I signed the paperwork in the sales area, I moved on to the business office. Steve Rose assisted me with the final documentation. I found him to be very efficient and jovial. We joked about our professions, and our compulsion for accuracy. Garry Ring then escorted me to my new vehicle, which had a full tank of gasoline, and wished me well. I am 55 years old, and I have purchased several cars in my life. Never have I had such a pleasant experience. I had to pass two Toyota dealerships to get to them, as I live on the extreme northeast side of Indianapolis, but they have a customer for life. And I will encourage all of my friends and family members to purchase from Beck Toyota as well. More

Jesse doesn't pressure you, but instead helps you find what you are looking for. This last time we were looking to replace a vehicle for our daughter after one was lost in and accident. Beck didn't have what we were looking for at the time we stopped in. But after we explained to Jesse, and Adam, what we needed, they had the car for us in a matter of days. It was exactly what we needed at the price we needed. Jesse, Adam, and Derek made it a very easy process for us. They exceeded my expectations. Beck will be the first place we look when we are in the market next time. More
