Among these sales person interaction we had chuckling and chatty Dan, BS Bob and no car Niki, a complete waste of a visit. Also they kept texting and calling after we told them we weren’t interested. I got one followup email from Aaron about our interest and one confirmation Text/email for our appointment Aaron works smart, hard and values our time. I received a very prompt response to an email query about buying a car. Joe Haertzen was very helpful and easy to work with, as was Adam who helped with the sale paperwork. My only issue was really about the lack of options for holding the car until I could find transportation to get down there. I live in northern MN so it was awkward to arrange within the limited time frame your company wanted. I offered several options for payment to hold the car but apparently there isn't a policy that would have been helpful for me. However, you have friendly and helpful staff. More
