Immediately establishing a good rapport, and understanding my wants and price point. we started climbing into a few different models as we searched for what I considered comfortable. Followed quickly by a rigorous test drive of joy, luxury, enlightenment and no sales pressure that I will not forget. The 2019 MKC reserve sold itself, but Adam was there to answer all my questions and get me through the sales part, in what would be my easiest car purchase yet. Quick, trustworthy, and hassle less.
