Enjoyed working with Adam and Greg to lease my new 2023 Prius Prime. Overall interaction was excellent. My only negative experience was with the agent who tried to instruct me on all the new “bells and whi Prius Prime. Overall interaction was excellent. My only negative experience was with the agent who tried to instruct me on all the new “bells and whistles” in the car. I have had 5 other Priuses, and this one was the most complex. The agent simply went through all the screens and icons and buttons much too quickly. I will need to read the manuals and come back for another “slow” tutorial. But he tried to be helpful. And I love the car. More
