Service Manager isn't customer oriented and very rude I'm a loyal Toyota of Orlando customer for more than 10 years, since they are in the Colonial Dr and all my cars were serviced there. But Yesterday, 1 I'm a loyal Toyota of Orlando customer for more than 10 years, since they are in the Colonial Dr and all my cars were serviced there. But Yesterday, 12/09/2019 I visited twice the dealer to bring service to two of my cars. Also, "Gus" always bring me an outstanding service, always. But Yesterday, when I was walking with "Gus" to pay the invoice, two ladies stop him close to the registers, to ask him for something about the service of her car. In this moment I toke the papers from him to pay the invoice. At this moment the Service Manager, Pellino I think was his name, told "Gus" rudely and unprofessionally way that he should never give the papers to a client to pay, making me feel like a common thief. His comments to Gus about the papers made me feel offended. I think this person should not work in any service area, due to his lack of tact with people. I would recommend anyone to work with service officers and avoid meeting this Manager. More

Every visit is professional and personal. I was led to Toyota of Orlando after being treated rudely and snubbed by other dealerships because I wasn't there to spend 50 grand. The gentleman from Bermudas, I believe, who came with me to test the car, speaks like a very educated and funny man, the Sales Manager, was a great person and also very very nice guy. But at the end, for the paper work, the most boring part of every purchase I face a young lady, Nichole Peters. She was very nice, makes me feel very comfortable, she news every paper and gave me the correct answer of every question I made. Thank you very much Nichole. Hope when I purchase a new car, I will find you again. More
