I am very disappointed with the sale process. During the negotiations fhe sale price of the vehiclethat I purchased at the dealership. I agreed to finance part of the purchase instead of buying During the negotiations fhe sale price of the vehiclethat I purchased at the dealership. I agreed to finance part of the purchase instead of buying the vehicle outright to get a better sale price. There one request from the dealership was I wait 90 days to pay off my vehicle. I made one request from the dealership and was assured that they would adhere to my request. Upon checking, it was determined that they did not honor my request. After many phone calls with conflicting reasons for the error and over 2 weeks of promises that they would fix there error ( as per Jason, the General Manager ). I have given up and edited my original post. Buyer beware. Especially when financing your new vehicle. I feel betrayed, and Island Hyundai and Island Motor group has lost my trust. More
