This includes getting the trade in appraisal completed and presented with an excellent offer. There was no need to haggle or do any back and forth. I would highly recommend this dealer and these 2 staff members. Great job! More

Their pricing and practices need to be more transparent. We reached a price in the showroom, and when I called back to confirm, it was bumped up $500. The salesperson eventually honored the price they gave us in the showroom and told us that this Honda-certified pre-owned vehicle would have a four-year warranty. The warranty was the ONLY reason we agreed to pay a little more than we originally planned. When we went to pick up the car the next day, Lute Riley tried to sell us a warranty and said the car only came with a one-year warranty. The person processing the paperwork insisted on drawing a graph to explain how the warranty worked, and when I asked him to stop, he insisted that he keep going. When asked about the four-year warranty the original salesperson told us about, we were laughed at and asked why we thought we'd get a warranty on a used car. I wish I were exaggerating. We bought the car since it was still a good value and had very low miles. A week later, the service side of Lute Riley called to tell us that our fuel pump was in because a recall needed to be fixed. No one from sales told us about the recall during the purchase process. Initially, the service department was excellent and made things very easy for us. They gave us a loner and had the car in and out in less than 24 hours. However, when I went to pick it up, the car smelled like gas. When I got home, I noticed a large damp spot on the back seat that smelled like gas and a large scratch on the driver's side that wasn't there before. The service department was fantastic about the stain and the scratch and told me to return the car. Once again, they gave me a loner. It took them a week-ish to fix the back seat and the scratch, but when I picked up the car, both were better...however, it came back with a giant white stain on the driver's seat. When I called the service department again, I was told we bought the car with the giant white stain already on the seat. Again, I wish I were exaggerating. Since I still had the cars.com listing for the car, I sent the service department pictures of the stain and pictures of the seat from the original listing. You can clearly see the stain was not there when we purchased it. Because I didn't want the car to come back with yet another issue, we paid for someone to steam and deep clean the inside to remove the stain. Overall, I don't recommend Lute Riley. They are the terrible stereotype about used car dealers and an embarrassment to the Honda name. More
