It's been almost a year since I purchased my new TLX. Alan Moore and Johnathan McClendon made my buying experience a memorable one. Anytime I have questions, Johnathan always helps. And still to this day, he calls from time to time to see if I'm still enjoying the car. It's truly service beyond the sale, which is very rare.

Just bought an Acura MDX today! After test driving several SUV models at other dealerships, I went to Acura of Jackson. Wow! I was so impressed with the MDX and also, the exceptional staff. Alonzo Campbell was my sales person and answered all my questions almost before I asked! He had so much knowledge about all vehicles (cargo size, mpg, etc.). Alan Moore, the general manager was also outstanding and gave us a very fair deal. I went to several dealerships for test drives, but this one has the friendliest, most genuine people out there and the MDX is awesome! From the finance manager (Danny Eggleston) to she sales (Alonzo Campbell) and general manager (Alan Moore), these people are special. Car buying a pleasant experience? Yes, when you go here!

We are very pleased with our purchase of our new RDX and especially enjoyed working with Greg Nelson. We are careful shoppers and he was patient with each visit (we took a few weeks to decide). He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and exhibited a real enthusiasm for Acura vehicles as well as the service department. He gave us personal attention and our purchase was finalized with ease. We also want to thank Alan Moore who visited with us along the way. We drove 8 vehicles when looking for a new vehicle. The salesmen here were by far the most knowledgeable about their product and treated us with respect. They were down to earth and easy to talk with. If they didn't know the answer to our question, which was rare, they made it a point to find out. They were also not pushy and gave us time to think it through. Even after we bought the car and signed the paperwork, Johnny was still telling us great features about the car! A breath of fresh air compared to the others!

The Acura team at North Jackson Acura was hands down the friendliest and most professional out of all the dealerships I visited, and I visited quite a few of them during my car shopping effort. Chris was very knowledgable of the ins and outs of all the Acura models. He really sold my wife on the safety features (and let's be honest, my wife makes all the important decisions). Tim worked hard to get us a deal we could manage and made the experience a pleasurable one. Alan was very friendly and hospitable, even staying late on Saturday so we could take the car home with us that day. My hats off to everyone involved. The whole team did a tremendous job and deserves a pat on the back because we were not seriously considering purchasing an Acura before their involvement.
