WORST PLACE OF BUSINESS! Rude and incredibly unhelpful staff. We were driving down from Washington to buy a car, offered to put a deposit down but were told that there was no need they would hold the car or call us if anyone was looking so that we could pay the deposit.
Didn’t receive a call and when we called in to double check another issue they said the car was sold. Had to talk to three different people just to be told a blatant lie “oh we don’t hold or take deposits on used cars” well it’s a recorded phone call you f**king idiots said you did. Waste of time, gas and money.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS.

I had a great experience working with Greg Parker at this dealership. He was patient and very clear with me on my options. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. I would buy here again.

Missed appointments with sales personnel contacted online, told car wasn't available after two hours of driving only to find out from another salesman, loan submitted under someone else's information, temporary tag filled out improperly, tried to sell a car "as-is" and charged for a warranty, quoted one APR and paperwork showed another, told credit was approved, drove two hours and had more documents requested, had to return twice now because of errors on financial paperwork, registration paperwork, and wrong contact info on loan paperwork. I've been buying and selling cars for over 16 years and I would not recommend this dealer - don't waste your time or money on a dealership whose finance department can't even complete simple loan paperwork properly or with dealers who don't bother to respect your time and keep appointments.
Found non-OEM parts on the car on first oil change, but I will say that the only bright spots in this experience, and I decided to edit this review to reflect this, were the service provided by Adam Kadri and Ajay. They did everything in their power to remedy the situation, communicated honestly when problems arose, even hough it required several 2 hour trips to finance my car. I can honestly say they did everything to make the sale as easy as possible, were honest about information they'd been given,the and recognized how frustrating the situation was. However, every interaction with the finance department was poor and I wouldn't return. I hope they're able to find employment with a dealer that respects the value they bring to the lot, but I can't in good conscience recommend a dealership that provides service this poor because I feel that there's no denying that on an upper management level, I would have never received any acknowledgement without a complaint. I, again, recognize that Adam and Ajay went above and beyond in a horribly managed sale, and hope someone will recognize the value they bring.

Buying a new hybrid rav4 was incredibly efficient and easy. The process was straight forward and everyone at the dealership was super helpful. Our salesman was very thorough in making sure we understood how to work all the features of the vehicle before we left. Great experience all around!
Everyone showed they cared made me feel like I mattered and what i was dealing with was important to revolve. This is why I go to Beaverton Toyota they always have a resolution. Low pressure, patient and friendly, Greg was an exemplary salesperson. The price on the used Dodge I bought was fair and I was given what seems to be a reasonable amount for my trade. The staff was knowledgable and friendly and easy to deal with. Heck, even the sandwich from their little deli wasn't half bad.
I particularly enjoyed not having to deal with any back-office finance shenanigans. I've bought and enjoyed over 20 vehicles in the past and am very familiar with the normal tactics and process. None of them were employed here. They did offer the usual service contract and the like but declining it was no hassle. Application and lending process were also fairly painless.
I would say that the lending process took a bit more than the advertised hour. It wasn't bad by any means, but I can't say they lived up to their own promise in that regard. Still, it wasn't bad, and Greg was fun to chat with while we waited.
Thumbs up for no one having one of those "spilled" coffee cups in sight. I'm sure someone has one somewhere, but I didn't see it. :P

Aaron was fantastic! He took the time to talk to me over the phone first explaining the process and the numbers before I even came to the dealership. He was present all the time, talking and visiting and not leaving me sitting by myself bored wondering what was happening while all the details were being worked out. He checked periodically and kept me informed where the process was and what was happening. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Aaron!
