Alex Clothier at Annapolis Mercedes Benz Service Center is the best hands down! My sunroof would not close and Alex fit me in immediately and offered me a loaner car on such short notice. I have never had such exceptional service. That’s why when travel from NY to MD to see my family this is one of the stops I make. I had such an amazing service experience with Alexander (Alex) Clothier. From the time I first entered the building he was attentive, friendly and assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of. Hi (Alex) Clothier. From the time I first entered the building he was attentive, friendly and assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of. His customer service skills are excellent. He stayed in contact with me through text and was very responsive at all my questions immediately. This was my first time at Mercedes of Annapolis and I truly loved the feeling after getting my care serviced there. I've been to other Merecedes service centers and this was by far the best one because of the customer service. I highly recommend Alex as I feel like I hit the jackpot with him. More
