Awesome Alex Bernabe was excellent !!! Alex Bernabe was very nice and made of feel at home. He was honest and took his time and showed us everything about the vehicle , but most important Alex Bernabe was very nice and made of feel at home. Easy car buying We were in the market for a CRV and found this to be as stress free as car buying with an infant can be. We went in with a true car price so the hardest part was picking the color. Alex was great and easy to work with. He drew up all the papers while we went to eat lunch. When we got back the car was washed and ready to go. Unfortunately we were there fighting with insurance companies, but he did fight us to get spot insurance to get the car home. They did charge me $200 for the insurance which expires in 7 days, sucks for me! Overall there was no pressure or haggling, which was nice. My only complaint was that the dealership relies on these reviews so much that he mentioned doing about 20 times too many. More

He helped my sister get a great deal for a 3-year lease on a 2015 Honda Civic. He was personable, efficient, and HONEST. There was no fine print or catches to the deal. Since he was so straightforward and pleasant and I was on the market for a new car as well, I also signed a lease for the same vehicle. He honored the same deal he gave my sister. There was actually a small hiccup with the process. Someone inadvertently dinged the car that was intended for me on the morning of my pickup. Alex had the whole thing handled and a new replacement vehicle was ready for me by the time I arrived. It was truly a no-hassle experience. I really like my new car and I was very impressed with Alex's professionalism and helpfulness. I will recommend DCH Honda, and particularly, Alex Bernabe, to my friends and family in their next car buying or leasing experience. Painless process! More

Quick and easy I told Alex Barnabe that I only had 30 minutes but needed a new car ASAP. He couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. There was no yanking me around, no "gotcha" moments, no hidden fees. The experience was so wonderful I came home and boasted about it to my sister and she got the same deal within the hour. More

I told him what it would take to get me to do the deal and he got it done. This is not the first Honda we bought from Alex but the 5th. The deals that he makes happen are so incredible. Alex was able to get me into the car I wanted with the right color at the same price I am paying now for the car I am about to turn in which also happens to be a Honda CR-V from Alex Alex always strikes me as a family man who really truly works like a true business man. He also has a great personality and as a result of doing business from him so long I know all the names of his four children from ages 6 up to 18 I can not thank Honda Alex or the deal ship enough More
