Str Buying a new car.....it's either a fun for an irritating experience. Can honestly say Key is on the NON-IRRITATING side of the experience! Simple. Straight forward. No pressure. Don't get bounced around all over the dealership with intimidation tactics. Just good old fashioned for real people to deal with. Yes, they are car salesman! So there is a little bit of that, but they treat you with respect, listen to what you want to do, and run with it. No mind games or twisting numbers to make your head spin. Not many dealerships left with this attitude.....at least with the people I dealt with! I'm pushing 63 and kind of turning into an opinionated grumpy old man, so that's saying something. :) Thanks to Alex (internet), Jake (sales), Rich (sales mgr), and Bob (finance)!!! More

Had to spend $800 on tires 45 days after pulling off lot The car had 29000 miles when bought . I put 3000 miles on it and heard a loud noise coming from the front of car. Another dealer diagnosed it as needing tires. 2 were illegal in most states.l and 2 had broken belts in other 2. On a $15000 car, there is no reason they shouldn't of put some tire on car for free. They offered to pay half. I didn't have the other half that day. I live about an hour and 30 minutes from the lot and they made me drive clear to pair with no and those tires were bad. The entire time I was getting the tires changed the salesman Dave wouldn't even look at me. More

Excellent buying experience We bought a 2016 Ram 1500 after my wife had been in a bad accident with our 2006 Ram. We were using our insurance check for a big part of the payment We bought a 2016 Ram 1500 after my wife had been in a bad accident with our 2006 Ram. We were using our insurance check for a big part of the payment and the bank puts a 10 day hold on all insurance checks. Alex, David and Bob knew our situation and let us have the truck even thought they were aware of the the 10 day hold on the check, I cannot say enough about how well we were treated by them. They made a very stressful situation and turned it into a very pleasant experience. The owner even stopped by and listened to our story and was genuinely interested and ensured us that we would be taken care of. What a great place to buy a truck. Customers for life. More

I just think this place is great. Our family has bought 9 vehicles from Key, everything from 4cyl to 10. Currently we have 3 in the driveway. I have used the service dept. to either drop off or pickup, both are convenient. My wife and daughter feel confident to drop off and or wait for service and not be pressured into add on sales. Great family atmosphere. For the past 15 years I have seen the same financial guy ( Bob ) & sales guy( Dwayne).it's nice to see the same faces year to year. I am always confident when walking I'm getting the best deal in the Miami Valley. I actually can get a GM discount, but I like this dealership more than any savings I can get driving a GM vehicle. I actually purchased my first used car off the Key website, the car was as described....perfect, thanks Alex More
