Zero communication. Multiple times my car has been there for over a week and the only time I get updates are when I call about it. Its also usually not even looked at un Multiple times my car has been there for over a week and the only time I get updates are when I call about it. Its also usually not even looked at until days after my scheduled apt... Which they schedule weeks out. I spoke with a manager about this and he refunded my diagnostic fee but said he doesn't see the issue and blamed his staff right in front of her. This has happened to me multiple times it's obviously a programmatic flaw that there are too many cars being scheduled. I've tried to take it to other mechanics but they don't have the tools and say I need to take it to the dealership. I hate dealing with this place everytime my car needs work, having a broken car is stressful enough and they make it 10x worse More
