The team at Westbury Jeep went above and beyond for me. I bought a 2022 Jeep Compass and the process was made so easy for me. They told me what they needed from me, I sent them my paperwork, and that same da bought a 2022 Jeep Compass and the process was made so easy for me. They told me what they needed from me, I sent them my paperwork, and that same day I got to pick up my new car. The team even stayed late past normal closing time to make sure I was all set, answering all my questions and making sure I was informed of everything that was happening every step of the way. The finance team are not truthful nor honest. The acted more like salesperson. The details of my deal kept on changing. The salesperson was good; Finance team not very much. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a anyone due to my experience with the finance team. I would've gone to another dealership but the finance rep ran my multiple hard inquires to multiple lenders, so I couldn't go anywhere else or seek another dealership. their dealer reps don't know how to keep their word. They need a lesson on customer service, honesty and integrity. Say what you mean, and mean what you say. More

Great and easy experience Elvin was awesome, after many questions he did the impossible. I am now driving the exact Jeep I have been dreaming about for years ( in an awesome co Elvin was awesome, after many questions he did the impossible. My salesperson, Alexandra was an absolute pleasure. No pressure, we chatted about the new Ram features, and she offered me a trade in quote.
