My name is Alison Davis. I’m a Raleigh native and have been a Sales & Leasing Consultant at Leith Honda in Raleigh since 2015. From the very beginning till the end of the process Allison provided excellent service. We were purchasing a car for our daughter and Allison went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs and nev Allison provided excellent service. We were purchasing a car for our daughter and Allison went out of her way to accommodate all of our needs and never pushed or imposed but sought to get us precisely what we wanted. We ran into a mechanical issue with our vehicle and when repair failed to correct the issue, Allison & Leith Honda saw to it that our vehicle was replaced with another brand new similar vehicle hassle free. I expected some serious pushback (based on my online research with similar experiences by customers through their feedbacks about dealerships in general) but was pleasantly surprised by their swift assistance in replacement of the vehicle. Her expertise and knowledge in the industry coupled with excellent customer service skills pre and post vehicle purchase/sale definitely makes you feel you are in safe hands. Going by my experience with her, I will definitely return to her for assistance with my future purchases and would unreservedly highly recommend her without hesitation. More
