Waste of time. AVOID. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This business is BAD. After researching all available certified pre owned vehicles in the tri-state area, we approached AVOID. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This business is BAD. After researching all available certified pre owned vehicles in the tri-state area, we approached Westbury with pre-approved financing, to purchase a specific vehicle. We did a test drive and within one day said we wanted to purchase. The process that followed was so convoluted, scheisty, stressful and at the end of it, the vehicle was sold to someone else after we were halfway through a day's long process where Westbury was requiring us to sign ONE SIDE of a buyer's contract (without being able to read the reverse terms & conditions), that had the WRONG VIN number on it and a mandatory $998 dealer fee... While we tried to get clarification on the form, we were pressurized to sign it. Spent time actually using photoshop to identify issues with the contract. No wonder they sold the vehicle to someone else as they realized we weren't going to get got. Feel bad for that purchaser. SCAMMERS. Truly terrible. More

Brian Thomas says MY JOB IS TO GET YOU IN HERE*No sale here* Completed credit app & called Brian to discuss purchase price. Told me he can't talk price or financing because it CHANGES EVERYDAY! I asked him what Completed credit app & called Brian to discuss purchase price. Told me he can't talk price or financing because it CHANGES EVERYDAY! I asked him what are the chances that a 2017 Pacifica will increase in price or fluctuate..he said it won't. It will decrease everyday. Huh? So, I asked if I should call him after a month for the best price...he says, "YES." I expressed my disbelief and he actually said, "MY JOB IS TO GET YOU IN HERE." Was I "punked" or was this really the sales manager telling me that he will give me no information about the car (while he is holding my completed credit app) unless I come in and waste hours of time at the dealership?! Maybe they did not have the 2017 Pacifica after all. Maybe Brian was having a bad day. I expect more from a business whose bread and butter is customer service. I actually expected customer service. Brian...if you are reading this, you were very unhelpful and rude...and you lost a sale. More

Lease price was GREAT !!!!!!!!!! Went to Westbury Jeep to see if an ad for a Renegade Ltd. was real because the price was fifty dollars a month less than a previous quote I received f Went to Westbury Jeep to see if an ad for a Renegade Ltd. was real because the price was fifty dollars a month less than a previous quote I received from another Dealer for the EXACT vehicle and I mean EXACT including the color.I sat with a salesperson named Alison, I showed her the ad and told her I didn`t believe the price. I left with the exact deal as advertised and picked up the Jeep three days later No bait and switch, no baloney that the advertised vehicle was sold or any other bull that some dealers pull. Allison was lovely, the sales Mgr. Lisa was also great. By the way, I was in the Auto business for 28 years and this is how I treated my customers. KUDOS to Westbury Jeep !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
