TRUSTWORTHY-OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE Was headed to Saco ME, to buy what I thought was my dream car when I stopped by Portsmouth Jeep to take a quick peek at their inventory. Was admiring a sweet like-new Charger and was greeted by the owner-Alissa who was friendly and inviting and ultimately ended up drawing me in. I like the fact that Alissa actually works at her business and oversees it like a mother with her children, and it shows as this place feels more like family than business. I next met with Jim Blaisdell who greeted me with just the facts and a low pressure pitch. The Charger was very, very low miles-almost new and the car was pretty much mint yet it was priced 3K below average sale price and I like the fact that they didnt try to jack it up to pretend to negotiate it down. Jim comes off as genuine and trustworthy and he was more than happy to let me run my own numbers on the internet and I have to say they priced it more than fair and better than "on the money". I couldnt pass this deal up so off I went to Jess in finance who was quick and efficient and got me one of the best bank deals I've had in ages. She has a easy going nature and I felt more like I was dealing with my best friend than a banker. After sharing a few funny stories and signing some papers my freshly washed, full fueled, inspected, and low mile, low price steal of the century drove up front like a chariot and out bounced JIm and handed me the keys. Overall a fantastic experience with Portsmouth Jeep. ALissa, JIm, and Jess made this a great experience and left me feeling great about this deal. The fair price and treatment for a great car at a fantastic price is what kept me there but the respect and team environment fully on display here is what will bring me back. Keep it up Portsmouth Jeep- you have the ideal business model going on and it shows and your human resources are the best! More

Guess what, he came back with a figure and I bought it. No dickering back and forth. What a pleaser to do business with. Picked the Wrangler up later that day. Since moving to NH, I have been a customer (since 1996) My visit today was to purchase another new jeep from Bournival. Bournival Jeep's salespeople are very well informed, patient, kind, and gracious. Anyone working in the service industry should take a few hours and just sit in their showroom to observe how all of the Bournival Jeep staff interact with every single customer they encounter. This customer service standard extends to their service department as well. Whether it be a quick phone call to the service department to get a routine maintenance appointment scheduled, or a nice exchange over the service desk...always top notch customer service. Their service and parts department are well trained, personable and always willing to help. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. This is my 7th vehicle purchase from them, and always recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, or who needs a great service department for their vehicle. Speaking from someone that owns a small business and needs their vehicle in top-running form to keep "on the road" .... my business would not exist without Bournival Jeep, keeping me dependable and on time for client meetings. I had to find a safe, reliable, and comfortable car in a pinch (of course I had certain features that I was looking for) and bournival had the car for me. Other dealers I visited told me that it was difficult to find cars that met my criteria (manual trans, mileage under 60k, and under $12,000), but bournival prooved them wrong. On top of that, my new car is part of their amazing certified pre owned program with an amazing warranty. I was greeted by THE OWNER as soon as I walked through the door! She, as well as her sales and financial staff, were friendly and wanted to help me as much as they could. And when I went back to pick up my car, I was introduced to the whole service department by THE GEN. MANAGER! All in all, amazing experience, I was blown away by their service and how comfortable this car buying experience was. Thank you guys! More
