Our experience at Hall Toyota was excellent! ! My husband and I purchased a new vehicle on New Year’s Eve and our salesman was Mr. Junie Harris. Mr. Harris was amazing, there was no pressure, he ! My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience at Hall Toyota. We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and when we arrived, the vehicle was not ready. After purchasing the vehicle, they promised to Toyota. We scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle and when we arrived, the vehicle was not ready. After purchasing the vehicle, they promised to detail the car and clean it up and that it would be ready in 5 days. That day came and we called for an update only to be told that they hadn't even started on the vehicle. We were told to wait another week, given a loner car, and told that they were going "above and beyond". We reminded our sales rep (Alissa Ruparelia) that our vehicle was not ready when we initially came and there was lack of communication. We finally received the car to find that the middle chair was broken, there were missing parts of the carpet, and the vehicle was dirty on the inside. Alissa refused to return our phone calls and Cole Stoddard helped us out tremendously but confirmed Services were aware of the damages and did nothing. More

Phoebe, Alissa, and Mike from Finance are really nice people. Phoebe was our salesperson, Alissa the manager, and Mike in finance. They all worked hard to make sure we were happy with our Rav4 purchase a people. Phoebe was our salesperson, Alissa the manager, and Mike in finance. They all worked hard to make sure we were happy with our Rav4 purchase and we felt respected every step of the way. This group is changing the way I think of dealerships. I was uneasy going into a dealership as i thought there would be a lot of pressure. We were looking to buy from carmax to avoid the pressure, however, after reading the reviews on Hall Toyota we decided to give them a try. We are very glad we did. You should too if your in the market for a Toyota. They will treat you well. More

Extremely excited, thankful and blessed I went to Hall Toyota Virgina Beach and talked to sells rep Samantha Harrison told her my situation and she told me "We got you" didn't get approved the same day bu Toyota Virgina Beach and talked to sells rep Samantha Harrison told her my situation and she told me "We got you" didn't get approved the same day but she NEVER gave up got a phone call 2 days later saying I got approved for a 2023 Toyota. Samantha Harrison is by far the best sales representative I have ever seen she will not give up and she stay in touch with me to keep me updated Hall Toyota Virginia Beach is most definitely my favorite and new place to start getting my cars from.
