Deceptive leadership Management and finance team are very deceptive. They will play a good swap game on the buyer. Was told for days the car was going to be here tomorrow, Management and finance team are very deceptive. They will play a good swap game on the buyer. Was told for days the car was going to be here tomorrow, even messaged Allan I was on my way to.pick it up with a 'ok. Great' reply only to find it was still 400 miles away after sitting there for 2 hours. We are going to buy ad/billboard spaces to expose the business. My new jeep had engine lights, safety feature failures, defects, missing options and more. Mamagement made me fee like I was a bad customer for expecting the best in a 50K purchase. I was told nothing is perfect and needed to accept it as is. We will be placing street signs and billboard ad space in and around every Rick Hendricks dealership with our 5k refund from trade in vehicle. Videos, paperwork and recorded conversations going on social media and YouTube. Rick hendricks team is a CON , the manager we delt with was the worst. More

He greeted me with a smile and apologized that the previous Advisor failed to acknowledge me as I was waiting over 15 min in the bay. I then asked her (Mary or Maria), “Hi, is someone going to help me?” She looked up briefly and said just a minute. I asked because cars pulled up after me and was waited on. I pulled out from her bay to my Advisors bay and he made everything alright. His disposition and smile and apology was much appreciate. He helped me as soon as he saw me. More

Service was beyond poor My experience with Sam, the client advisor, was great. It was the finance part that was a disaster. No one cared about my having a positive customer e My experience with Sam, the client advisor, was great. It was the finance part that was a disaster. No one cared about my having a positive customer experience. They only seemed to care about pushing extra bells and whistles on me to pump up the payment. I left out w/ a charge for an app that I didn't authorize and didn't need, as my vehicle comes standard with its own service very similar and cheaper. When I questioned the Kahu charge, I was told it was the service that comes standard in my vehicle but it's not! I also was there for 6 hours and left with no 30 day tag, only the test drive one. I had to leave my son's bday dinner to go back to the dealership, only to wait for about 25 mins before leaving with no tag as everyone including the manager Steve--with whom I requested to speak to inform of this horrible experience-- was busy. I feel that my dad and I were victims of deceptive lending practices and disparate treatment based on a few different reasons and will be reporting my experience to the CFPB as well as the GA Dept of Law. To say I'm dissatisfied with the service we received is an understatement. I'm sickened that the greed of a few has soured my taste for the industry in which I work. More
