James Holthaus (Jim) was great to work with. He listened to my goals for the purchase of the vehicle, helped get the approval for it to fit my budgetary concerns, worked with my credit union when asked, and to my goals for the purchase of the vehicle, helped get the approval for it to fit my budgetary concerns, worked with my credit union when asked, and made getting to that place where the deal was finalized fairly smooth. On the evening I came out to physically go through the paperwork, Jim had to make up for a few essential items I forgot to bring. We worked out a reasonable solution and the deal was final. Thanks Jim Allen Belcher did a great job explaining the total car services that the Mercedes corporation and the Annapolis dealership has to offer. He made my experience an even better one as he made me aware of the things that will enhance my experience with them for years to come. He did not pressure or insult my decisions in any way; he just made the finances and the service options that are available well known and understood. Thanks Allen! Dean Cunningham introduced himself as the Sales Manager and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He and Jim discussed the best way to avoid me having to wait another 5 days to get the vehicle since I drove my car that I was keeping to the dealership, and would have no transportation to come and get the new vehicle for about that time. Dean cleared the delivery of the vehicle the next day and Jim took control of the effort! My vehicle arrived safe and sound by noon the next day!! The receptionist was friendly as well. More
