GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND FRAUDSTERS! On 11/28/2020, I made a refundable deposit on a New 2020 Hyundai Kona EV at South Shore Hyundai in Valley Stream, THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND FRAUDSTERS! On 11/28/2020, I made a refundable deposit on a New 2020 Hyundai Kona EV at South Shore Hyundai in Valley Stream, NY. The purchase was never finalized and we did not buy the car. I was told the deposit refund was initiated the same day. I have not received the refund. It has been 25 days since I was told the refund was processed, as of December 23 2020. Multiple debit cards were used for a total down payment of $4,444.00. My personal debit card was charged $2,000.00 of the total $4,444.00 refundable deposit. The remaining $2,444.00 was charged to a debit card belonging to my girlfriend. We have been in contact with the dealership regarding this matter since the first week of December 2020. Multiple conversations were had, with numerous employees of the facility, all with an unsatisfactory result. I was convinced to make this refundable deposit under false pretenses, which constitutes theft in the State of New York. We were treated unfairly and unkindly. We were called a profane nick name by an employee named Niki! Ended up buying a car from WIDE WORLD AUTO in Queens. WE DID NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
