I'd been communicating with various car dealerships all week, and couldn't always get straight answers to my questions... they all insisted I come into their dealership, which I don't have time for. When I reached out to Taj, Chris was my point man, and was willing to share any and all info about the van before I made the drive. When I went in on Saturday there was a bit of waiting in the process, but I sold cars a long time ago, I do remember Saturdays were always jammed... as indeed they were. In any case, each team member went to whatever lengths necessary to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and the deal. I would definitely shop there again. More

The car buying process went as well as could be expected. There was some back and forth with the finance department which ultimately came out as a compromise. Here they took care of each issue on the spot and set up an appointment for an issue that could not be handled because of a missing part. More

We financed a car at this dealership on May 27th 2023. We got temporary plates to expire on July 27 2023. We were able to pick up the car with an insurance card showing the name of one of the owners only. We got temporary plates to expire on July 27 2023. We were able to pick up the car with an insurance card showing the name of one of the owners only. We were not told at that time that both owners names had to appear on the card. They waited until one week before the temporary plates expired to let us know that. We gave them the insurance card with both owners' names on the card on August 7th. They said everything was ok. We asked them if we needed to submit anything else, they said no. Today is August 25th and they just informed us that now they need a power of attorney from the main owner. The main owner had already signed that power of attorney weeks before it was picked up. This is fraud and misrepresention of what was originally offered and told to us. We are considering getting legal advice regarding this unfortunate business transaction. More
