From custom order to delivery, nothing but top notch service I have dealt with several FCA dealers over the past 15 years but Westbury always stands out to be the best. In this specific scenario, they really have exceeded my expectations. This was a custom order, one I have been tracking and researching since last summer. The Challenger Scat Pack Shaker 392 Hemi was a difficult car to research, track and order. I was actually dealing with another dealership (through a friendly connection) and that turned out to be disastrous. They missed the first week window so I went to Westbury. Their sales rep that helped me, Mike Mineo, was also their Challenger expert. He knew every detail about the order and easily walked me through the process. He set expectations up front on the length of the process, and it was very spot on (almost to the day!). Andy, Amy, and Faith were also instrumental in solidifying this deal. I cannot thank them enough! More
