Up and Down Car Buying Experience I've waited about a week and a half since buying our truck from Schoepp to write this review to give it a fair and honest review and write a review no I've waited about a week and a half since buying our truck from Schoepp to write this review to give it a fair and honest review and write a review not based on a knee jerk reaction. Our experience while buying our truck was great. Dan though busy with other customers was nice and worked with us to get a fair price on both our trade in and our new truck. We were pretty happy with our experience up until we shook hands on the deal. That's where the wheels began to fall off. It was mildly off putting to be made to feel guilty by both our salesman (Dan) and finance (Amy) because we were quote "getting such a good deal" and made to feel as though we were ripping them off. We had closed the deal at closing time on a Saturday and were rushed to get out of there. Dan never went through anything with us on the new truck and had left before we were even done transferring things over to our new truck. We did appreciate his willingness to help move things over while we signed paperwork but we had discovered after getting home that we were missing a couple of things from the old truck. I contacted Dan on Monday and got no response and later in the week followed up with a manager and again never received a response as to our missing items. We had a few other customer service complaints that also seem to have gotten brushed under the rug and thus the three star rating. I'm certainly on the fence on whether or not I would recommend or go back to Schoepp Motors for another vehicle purchase. Fair pricing, mediocre customer service. More

Great Experience, Great Salesman! I searched for weeks to find the right vehicle. I was burnt out and exhausted from pushy, rude salespeople, then I went to Schoepp and met Nick. Nick I searched for weeks to find the right vehicle. I was burnt out and exhausted from pushy, rude salespeople, then I went to Schoepp and met Nick. Nick made everything so easy and was a delight to work with. It was actually fun. He knew so much and was able to answer all of our questions. With such a large selection I had a hard time choosing but we settled on a beautiful Pathfinder and couldn't be happier. When my wife is ready to get a new car we will deffinitly be back. Thanks so much for all your help and a great experience! More

What a deal!!! I walked in expecting to just see the car and maybe drive it. When I left, I was driving my (new) used 2017 Ford Fiesta. Russell went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and kept giving me updates throughout all the preliminary paperwork. If the heat had been working, it would have been my favorite car-buying experience. Obviously I was pleased with Russell and the overall car purchasing experience - I gave him five stars!! More

Good Experience Jake was right there to answer any questions we had. He got us set up for a test driver right away. He had our car appraised by the time we got back Jake was right there to answer any questions we had. He got us set up for a test driver right away. He had our car appraised by the time we got back. The negotiations were fair and up front. Got the financing and paperwork done in a timely manner. Overall, we we happy with the deal we got. Happy with our 2016 GMC Sierra All Terrain. Dealership could use better tools at the northeast side. More
