My recent purchase from McLarty Daniel Ford for a used 2021 Jeep Compass was my first and last.  Why? Because it is apparent there is either a serious lack of attention/detail paid when acquiring vehic 2021 Jeep Compass was my first and last.  Why? Because it is apparent there is either a serious lack of attention/detail paid when acquiring vehicles, lack of caring to quality, lack of disclosure/honesty or all of the above. Before purchasing remotely I asked on the condition and was told it clean /  great and only issues was scratches on the rear, below the cargo door. I took delivery of it on Fri 12/16. I immediately noticed the left headlight and marker light were leaking and contacted Justin. He spoke with someone who agreed to repay me for cost to replace, so I agreed and had to get prices. The next day, I had to leave town for work and stayed gone until Christmas eve as a result of work and family emergency. I pulled it from storage hristmas Eve and hid it in my garage for my daughter and wife as it was a Christmas present. Only after showing it to them on Christmas and getting full chance to spend time with it and have it inspected at a local Jeep dealer this week (and get another key fob - only came with one), were ALL issues uncovered (below). Headlight leakingMarker light leaking Headlight filler panel busted Fog light out Apparent front left damage (hense lights, panel) Rear lower valance bent and dented Rear lower valance bracket bent Scratched and chipped windshield Rear left door not aligned, latches unevenly MANY scratches, several through the primer MANY chips, some through primer Food and trash under seats Had I of seen this in person prior, I would NOT have purchased. If I did, it would not of been for what I paid. Honestly wishing I'd bought a local model I was also considering. More

It was a wonderful experience dealing with Scott "Coach" Sharp and the dealership Mclarty Daniel Ford in AR.I bought a used truck off the internet without actually seeing it in person and Scott was nice eno Sharp and the dealership Mclarty Daniel Ford in AR.I bought a used truck off the internet without actually seeing it in person and Scott was nice enough to answer all my concerns and send me pictures that i requested. he also took time out of his day to pick me and my wife up from the airport . Horrible We drove almost 4 hours to buy a vehicle. Before we left we had asked multiple times for pics of any scratches or damage. We get to the dealership We drove almost 4 hours to buy a vehicle. Before we left we had asked multiple times for pics of any scratches or damage. We get to the dealership and the vehicle had scratches everywhere, multiple door dings, and damaged drivers fender. His excuses was he didn't see the dent on the drivers fender, and it's a used vehicle. Bentonville is a beautiful town though. But the ford dealer has no integrity. More
