"Love my Subaru!" We had been considering buying a new Subaru Outback after not being satisfied with our current car and reading all the great reviews. After checking multiple dealerships and finding none available we checked the Muskegon dealership and talked to Andre Coffee. He also told us none were available but they had one to test drive. We took the test drive and knew we wanted one. Andre walked us through the ordering process so we could get just what we wanted on the car. He did not push any extras on us that we didn't want and explained everything to us. He also kept me updated through the 60 day wait. It was definitely worth the wait! When we went to pick up the car, we were offered something to drink while we waited by two different people. Everyone there was very friendly. Andre sat in the car with us and explained all the features. Very thorough job. With salespeople like him I can see why they have such a good rating. Will be recommending them to anyone looking for a great car and great service! More

Which ever vehicle we wanted to test drive was not a problem. We started out thinking we wanted a Nissan Murano; but quickly realized that the Rav 4 was more our style. We never felt pressured to make a decision that made us uncomforable. We told them that we needed time to think and when we made our decision we would contact them. When we picked up our vehicle it was waiting for us inside the dealership where it was warm so we would have the time to ask any questions we had. Andre Coffee was fabulous to work with. He makes you feel like family!! Great Guy, Great Experience! More

When I first called, I tol I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R from AnDre Coffee, and I was thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. When I first called, I told AnDre that I didn't have a trade in, didn't need financing, and didn't want to have my time wasted at the dealership listening to extra sales pitches and filling out paperwork. He was very responsive to my concerns, and he immediately gave me an out-the-door price on the car I was looking at. I live in Ann Arbor, so when I went to go pick up the car, I was looking to drop off a check and walk out the door - which is exactly what happened. I only spent about 15 minutes in the dealership signing paperwork and I was on my way. I would absolutely buy my next car from My Import and recommend them to my friends. Thanks again AnDre! More
