"Mostly good experience"
Our search for a vehicle was appropriately supported at Premier Subaru, attended to by Herman Winston. He gave us a substantial amount of time, including test drives, etc. Our only frustration was the timely replacement of one headlight, which had condensation inside the unit; this ended up taking several calls by us, including actually ordering the part that was supposed to have been ordered by the sales dept. Once ordered & received, the service dept did a good job.

I have purchased 2 new cars at this dealership in the past and sought a used car this time. The experience proved to be just as positive the third time around. Mark S. was courteous and professional. My 8 year old even enjoyed the experience and came away with a very positive impression. Premier is a well-run business where no one will coerce you into a poor decision. I did not expect to trade in a vehicle, but was treated fairly when holding firm on my old car's value. I had researched the particular model that I ended up purchasing for several months and found Premier's pricing to be very fair. Similar models offered for sale by owners within a 200 mile radius were (very) slightly more affordable, but did not come with the assurances that Premier offers. Ultimately, you will come away from the experience feeling confident in the product and pricing. Mark even responded promptly to an inquiry about the vehicle and supplied the requested information a few days after purchase.
It should be noted that the Service department is very well run, in sharp contrast to many dealerships. Gary and his crew (Roxanne in particular) are excellent communicators regarding your service needs, which goes a long way in ensuring that your car stays on the road for 100k+ miles.
