He is able to work with us to help identify what we are looking for in a vehicle and works to put us into a car that truly fits out needs. He provided us a great deal on the vehicle (2023 Platinum Highlander) and a very easy quick and smooth buying experience. My wife and I went to go look at a new Tundra, and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. He asked us if we needed assistance, and respected our space and wasn’t pushy at all. Honestly the most seamless car transaction I think I’ve ever had, and have purchase over 25 cars in the last 10 years! This dealerships staff, from their sales professional, Andrei, to Chris, the sales manager this place is top notch. Can’t say enough about how friendly, accommodating, and willingness to get you taken care of. One more thing of note… usually dealerships get you into their finance department and lay on you hard sales, not this place. Their finance guys are so professional, and thorough it honestly, surprised me. This is my first Toyota Tundra purchase, and first time visiting Family Toyota, but I’ll tell you, I’ll be recommending them to ANYONE who wants/needs a new car or truck. I believe them to be sincere, honest, and an overall an amazing dealership. Others in the area could take lessons from them on how to treat a new or potential new customer. It’s pretty easy to sell a car to a person, but to sell your dealership to that same person takes integrity, and honesty. They have all the intangibles and couldn’t recommend them more! More

We purchased from Family Toyota in 2022. I only write this because I just purchased from Four Stars Toyota (Altus, OK) and the difference was night and day. Andrei did not take the time to show us the features of our car. He seemed to only want to finalize the deal and move on to the next customer. One year after my purchase I had a wreck and needed a new car. I reached out to Andrei for help...and never heard from him again. He lost a sale to Four Stars Toyota who did an amazing job getting us a new car and showing us all it had to offer. The Service Dept at Family Toyota is pretty good. I will say that. More
