I went in for a tire rotation/oil change. I was in and out in less than an hour. Bruce Pap was my service rep and he was vey courteous and kept me informed. I brought my car in for an oil change. The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to f The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to fellow workers. After a few minutes he went right by me, I asked him when he was going to take care of me and he just kept walking. An attendant at the car behind me asked if I needed help. He did help me. I've never had this experience before and hope to never again.,! More

My car battery died over the weekend, and I expected a long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still h long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still had a 3 year or 36,000-mile guarantee. He showed me to the waiting room and said he would keep me informed and he did. When the car was ready, he explained that the car had also had a Mult-Point inspection and he reviewed it with me and then escorted me to the cashier. Landon was very courteous and professional throughout the experience. More
