"Bait and Switch"
I researched vehicles using Autotrader and found one at Advantage. Went to look at it, test drove and ready to make a good faith offer. The employee, Andy, first assumed the car would be in my name and not my wife's and my name, despite her being there. He then said the amount advertised on Autotrader did not include a $1,995 down payment. Classic bait and switch. I wasted my time there and hope others who read this don't waste their time there. Ironically I found a screw in the parking lot, picked it up and handed it to the salesman so it wouldn't become embedded in someone's tire. Foreshadowing!
"Andy is the best!"
I went car shopping for my daughter. I wanted to surprise my daughter and I had no clue which Honda i wanted purchase. Andy gave me all the detailed information i needed to make my decision. Advantage Honda got me the best price for my Honda HR-V! The staff was very easy to deal with and they dealt straight with you instead of the usual gimmicks dealerships try and pull. I sat with my salesman Andrew Kim and only him through the entire process, other than dealing with the finance team to close the deal and meet my price. Dylan, the financial adviser, explained everything thoroughly and worked to get me the best monthly payment as well as the best interest with my credit. He even took time out to call 3 other banks while I was there to work out the best deal for me. All in all great experience and I love my certified pre-owned Honda HR-V!!
