The easiest and fastest car buying experience I have ever had! Andrew, Micah, and Daniel and the finance guy (sorry dont remember his name) were absolutely the best team to work with. We got there at close to 6pm, test drove, negotiated, went through finance, got the car detailed and filled with gas and were out the door by a little after 7pm. When I say it was a smooth process, I mean they have this process down better than anywhere. More

Nice people in sales and service departments. We were pretty disappointed that the engine in our 2017 Kia Sorento died with 124k miles. There’s a warranty on the engine for a defect that covers a We were pretty disappointed that the engine in our 2017 Kia Sorento died with 124k miles. There’s a warranty on the engine for a defect that covers a new engine if the rods or bearings go. Unfortunately ours had a fuel intake valve that disintegrated (how I understood it) and ruined the engine. Kia wouldn’t cover it and we didn’t get any offer of help in replacing the engine. Seemed pretty poor to me from a company that’s acknowledged problems with the engine. I had been putting at least one quart of oil in the engine every week for over a year and was told that the engine would eventually die. It did, but not for the right reason. We were offered $500 on a trade which, I guess was their idea of trying to help us out. I sold the car online to “Peddle” for $2,780”. I was told they would do what they could to make things right but was not offered much in a trade and was not offeeed what I would consider any kind of a deal on purchasing a new or used car. Service techs were very nice and helpful and Lisa in customer care was very nice. The service manager did go to bay for me in trying to get the engine replaced but was turned down by his higher-ups. Overall pretty disappointed with Kia and how the whole situation was handled at the corporate level. More

I have never had such a positive experience as I did with Crain Kia of Conway. This dealership is nothing like the stereotypical dealership. He was transparent, genuine, professional and was proactive in his communications throughout the process. I also appreciate Andy and his expertise and knowledge with setting up the technology in my Carnival. It was late on a Saturday when we picked up the vehicle and they both stayed without hesitation, answering all questions and ensuring I was comfortable with the vehicle before driving it home. Caleb and Andy's insight and guidance were invaluable in making sure I was satisfied with my new KIA.
