The team at Jim Coleman Honda was absolutely fantastic to work with! My girlfriend recently purchased a 2020 CRV right before New Years. Andy was extremely helpful, going over all of the features of the vehi work with! My girlfriend recently purchased a 2020 CRV right before New Years. Andy was extremely helpful, going over all of the features of the vehicle for quite some time and building an awesome rapport with us. John in finance was transparent and explained everything very thoroughly. We will definitely be dealing with Jim Coleman Honda for future vehicles. We worked with Andy Herbert, who was truly outstanding. He was very thorough, personable, and knowledgeable: he injected both humor and fun into the buying experience. We were upgrading from a 2008 Buick Enclave, and we were unprepared for the technological advances in the 2018 CR-V. Andy was very patient and thorough as he walked my wife through all of the new technology; he helped her set up her Bluetooth, as well. That made it so much easier for us, and he invited us back to ask additional questions should we need it. More
