Disapointed Super friendly staff and a large inventory. However, they changed the agreed on payment when I arrived to pick up my truck saying that they quoted my Super friendly staff and a large inventory. However, they changed the agreed on payment when I arrived to pick up my truck saying that they quoted my payment without taking my credit score into account. But they had already ran and had my credit report. xxx?! This was at 7pm. Couldn't have given me a heads up about this at some point throughout the day?! I think they were just trying to get my to pay more. They also use the lowest score they can find. When I went through my credit union there was almost a 30 point credit score difference. Lots of little mistakes were also made throughout the process as if I was the first car they ever sold and they weren't sure of the process. After all of these mistakes and being lied to, I thought maybe they would offer a tonnaeu cover or bed liner or to fix the large scratch in the Front bumper. Nope. My wife will be looking for a new vehicle in the next few years. We'll more than likely go somewhere else. I will also advise all the guys at my volunteer firehouse and the law enforcement agency that I work for to steer clear of Denooyer. Disappointed... More

I've had nothing but good experiences with Denooyer and will continue to refer customers! Andy has always gone above and beyond for me as a customer, and contacts us frequently just to say hello and make sure we're still happy. I tell everyone I meet that needs a vehicle the story about how Andy went out of his way to talk to me in the parking lot at 7 at night, when everyone just wants to go home, despite knowing I wasn't quite ready to lease yet. It impressed me enough that I will refer anyone and everyone possible to him and keep coming back myself! More
