Speaking of service after the sale! I purchased a 2010 Subaru Forester after her 2002 was totaled during the floods in Texas last year. Andrew and the rest of the staff helped to make sure her car was del Subaru Forester after her 2002 was totaled during the floods in Texas last year. Andrew and the rest of the staff helped to make sure her car was delivered to Texas, directly to her in Houston, from Scottsdale. Then after several months they located a second key fob for her vehicle and contacted our.family to find out where to send it. We were pleasantly surprised, and I will be returning my future business to Benz and Beemers! More

Andy was such a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and easy going and made my car buying experience extremely easy. I was looking for a BMW but was a first time buyer and didn’t know much abo friendly and easy going and made my car buying experience extremely easy. I was looking for a BMW but was a first time buyer and didn’t know much about the brand. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions. I decided on a 328i and even days after I bought the car I had additional questions come up on how to do something and he was immediately available to help me and provide the answers. Amazing customer service- Andy is not just your typical car salesman whose relationship ends with you once the car is sold...he has proven he is a professional consultant who cares more about the positive experience and successful outcomes that his clients have when buying a new car. I would definitely recommend Certified Benz & Beemer, and specifically working with Andy, to any of my friends or family. More
