Professional; Swift; Personable WOW. What an experience. I called then arrived 10min. before closing time and was never pressured nor hurried. The car was prepped and waiting for my WOW. What an experience. I called then arrived 10min. before closing time and was never pressured nor hurried. The car was prepped and waiting for my family to check out. The sales experience was like no other. The sales rep (Andy) properly did his due diligence while we did a test drive. There was no sales script nor cheesy sales lines. It was all about meeting my families goals that also left the dealership respecting the sale. After we came to terms on a price the excellent experience continued to F&I. A very professional and friendly experienced that was swiftly completed. The car swap was quick & professional and our new vehicle was spotless. My 6yr. old daughter even enjoyed the experience saying "That was fun, let's do it again" as we pulled out w/ our new car. :) Special thanks and shout out to Andy Mayle & Chris Umbaugh! More
