I couldn’t see eye to eye with the sales department (ridiculously overpriced vehicles and a refusal to budge) but the service department is a hidden gem. I sold my Ram and Acura after my interaction with Jimmy and Andy. And I was a die hard Ram guy. I was even charged less than originally quoted. I mean, who does that??? Thanks Garrett! With the Canadian acquisition of Patterson, I really hope your sales department will be more competitive but you will always see my car in your service lane!!! More
